Like this store. I just came from a *$ where they told me it would take 15 minutes for me to get a «traveler» size container I needed for a morning business meeting. This CB&TL turned around a steamy hot container of «to-​go» brew in 5 minutes. Friendly and professional barristas and comfortable surroundings.

Went for coffee with my friend. She had an iced coffee and breakfast burrito and I had an iced coffee. Kind, quick and clean staff. But they gotta fix that front door that sticks and stats open! LOVE THEY USED CRUSHED ICE!

The food and drinks are good but i never had to wait in a drive thru for 30 minutes with only 3 cars; including me being second. The girl running the drive thru today didn’t even know the items on a menu. I repeated a passion fruit sweet tea more than twice and she had no idea what that was. She asked me if it was a latte? Wtf?

They don’t know how to properly make drinks!!! Every single time (not exaggerating) I order an English Breakfast tea latte, it either comes out tasting like straight tea (no milk or cream) or dirty water. It’s a tea latte, how hard can it be to mix equal parts milk and tea??? In addition, they have no clue what EXTRA HOT means since my drink always ends up being lukewarm. I think it’s so disrespectful to customers when baristas half-​ass their way into making drinks that essentially, are supposed to be the highlight of a person’s day or at the very least, a helpful distraction from the daily stress of life.
Lastly, their customer service is severely lacking and nobody ever picks up the phone when I attempt to make a complaint, hence my writing this review. I’ve had enough of shelling out money for beverages that are just not up to par. They need to understand that quality and consistency are essential in the coffee market, otherwise people simply won’t come back.

Service is great here. Smiles, greeting and end of service delight. They make the frap pretty good here. And if you don’t like it just let them know. I’ll come here if I don’t feel like going to Sbux. This is a great location. Coffee and tea are yummie. Cold or hot and also the pastries. Wifi available.

I had the worst customer service from this location and when I asked for the supervisor she laughed at me and said she is the supervisor and she would love to write her full name if I want to complain, she wrote down Natasha Davis and gave me a number to call for complaint and when I called the phone number she answered it and laughed at me that she is the manager so I was like «are you freaking serious? She also threw my card when I asked for a military discount since they always give me every time I get coffee on other locations. I really wish there is a Boo sign button here or negative Zero stars cuz she is the most rudest manager I ever met and she shouldn’t be up front cuz she is ruining someone’s day instead of making them satisfied!

Ok I really love the coffee bean. I have even wrote a good review for a different location. But! This location has some issues. First off the customer service is pretty poor. I have been here twice and both times the girl behind the counter had literally zero customer service. She just seems like she has no time to deal with questions from someone that doesnt know exactly what they want. I dont like feeling like I am bothering her because I’m not a coffee expert. Also this last time I was there a guy was working this time and once again… zero customer service skills. He would ask what I wanted and when I started to order my drink he would say «wait» like I was ordering for a team of people and I was just asking for whipped cream. Ok so maybe it was his first week but I’m pretty sure that they teach even the new employees to wash out the blender before you put a new drink in it to blend. Gross!

Coffee Bean is my morning place to go they have the best jalapeño bagels and my iced coffee or wild cherry tea is always served with a smile. The employees of this coffee bean are top notch and down to earth. They advertise on the freeway and it gets me excited to know that as soon as I get there I will receive great service, great drinks and delicious food.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this location ! The staff is always pleasant and friendly ! My favorites are The Caramel Ice Blend and the Cheese Jalapeño bagel ! When in season the Red Velvets are the best !

I just came here for the $ 2 winter drink special, we had a handicapped person in our car and the male employee wouldn’t honour a $ 2 drink special for our guest unless they came in with us.

So I’ve been coming here almost daily for quite awhile because I was tired of the long lines at Starbucks. Now I’m starting to feel it was a mistake. One thing Starbucks excels at is consistency. This location, on the other hand, serves a different-​tasting drink each time I come. It seems to depend on who’s working that day but I’m getting to the point to where my $ 15 a day might be more appreciated someplace else.
What irks me most is when I asked how the espresso is prepared for an iced latte I was given some «made up» response meant to placate the average customer. What they don’t understand is that when you’ve been drinking the same thing for twenty years you know EXACTLY how it’s supposed to taste.
Even better, the reason I’m writing this now is because they messed up the order again so I’m killing time while waiting for it to be corrected.
Note: make sure you check your food orders before leaving the drive-​thru.
Update: Charged twice for soy :(

The coffee is of course so good, which is why I’m giving two stars. The service however, is terrible! They’ve had the same older lady working the morning shift & her customer service is not at all desirable. Any time I get someone else, things seem to go smoothly. I was waiting in line inside today & an employee from a nearby office walked in. She let her cut in front of three of us that had been waiting just to put in a huge order & make us wait even longer. Very disappointed! My business is going to the Starbucks down the street from now on.

I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location. I waited 15 minutes for a blended drink. It wasn’t even that busy. My friend and I ordered a drink at the same time and she got her drink almost right away. I even had to tell them again what I ordered. How hard is it to make a drink? I’m a barista and I don’t even take that long to make a drink.

Drive-​Thru, Free Wi-​Fi, friendly baristas, this place is a well-​run franchise coffee shop. It’s always clean every time I’ve been in, even the outdoor seating.
Not so much of complaint as observation: parking is a little jinky, the drinks turn out a little light on the caffeine for some reason (which is probably a benefit really), music is almost too loud but it’s like a fabulous SoCal contemporary pop mix so it’s not so bad, the furnishings are pretty cool including some leather lounging apparatus.
I think this place is a good place because you can depend on their consistency. They also have a variety of healthy-​looking edibles.
P. S. What is _​with_​all the unattended minor children in coffee shops in Las Vegas generally? Only after school here at this location but parents what-​are-​you-​doing?

the occasional single origin espresso
that doesn’t prevent me
from drinking the more conventional
main stream stuff.
Wow
that kinda comes off as
some kind of elitist coffee aficionado.
Whatever.
SF is a coffee kinda town
and one can’t help but
start to notice the nuances in quality and flavor
of coffee being consumed.
Anyways,
I was pleasantly
surprised on how good
their coffee drinks are here.
I’m especially a fan of
their refreshing ice lattes which
features a rich and almost chocolaty espresso.

A must go coffee shop! Inmediately… you will notice the regulars! Very well staffed and a very friendly bunch! Like their attitute.
Coffee and chocolate is excellent!
