I will use this Starbucks in a pinch if I am Jonesing for my coffee. Usually I run through the drive through. Typically there is a line, but they keep it moving fast. My drinks have always been made well, no serious deviations. I ordered a soy latte for my wife with«no foam». The cup felt very light, so we popped the lid off. If looked full, but the top 3″ was foam. The barista at the window figured that was ok. We took the drink in and had a new one made with liquid all the way to the top. Thanks for fixing a problem that should not have happened in the first place. If you go here, make sure your cup is full before you leave.

I’ve experienced their drive thru more times than in-store, however every time I order through their drive thru, this location — busy or not — constantly fails on delivering my order in under 10 minutes. It’s quite difficult to understand how something as simple as tea take so long to make.

Upset that they leave mobile orders behind the counter. This totally defeats the mobile order purpose. Then I have to stand there and wait to get attention. They are all so busy, so sometimes I’m standing there for 4 – 6 minutes… just waiting to get someone’s attention to hand me my preordered coffee. I might as well stand in line with everyone else.

Started keeping the mobile orders behind the counter because idiot customers were taking the wrong orders. Retarded. I order mobile to save time, this pisses me off.

Just little bit dirty inside but it’s ok. However, some employees are not professional. I ordered strawberry ref. they added water because they measured wrong quantity. Sadly, I saw that moment. I did not complain for remaking, but it was like strawberry flavor water.

I come here during busiest time of day… in the morning. I was shocked when I saw how low they were rated. This place is busy. I usually do drive thru. The staff tries to be quick and efficient. They give me exactly what I order and that’s all I need: consistent good coffee in under 15 min during rush hour. Only reason they get a four out of five is because I order the same thing everyday and they change out staff so often no one has memorized my drink yet…

Im an over critical person sometimes with this co, but I have my favs… When I pay 5.00 for coffee I just want it right and maybe full and oh we can skip the cracked lid. Glad my lids saw that before it caused me grief. Ill try them once more and see that will be a good test

Drive thru Line is long but moves fast. Good location and the parking lot allows easy access for the drive thru. The menu is laid out nicely and allows for easy selection. Staff is friendly, helpful and genuinely appeared to enjoy their jobs. I wish Starbucks at almond milk

Well, I have only 3 starts because they are slow! I usually go drive through and like the lines which moves fast! They make the drinks good but they could have been little bit faster!

This Starbucks is the perfect example of everything I look for when I’m ready for my caffeine fix. In the morning can be a bit tricky if you are on a total time crunch. However, if you are anything like me you learn to adjust and leave you house however extra early just to get that first sip of coffee. I first came to this Starbucks when my husband and I moved to Vegas. Since coffee plays a major roll in our daily life the first thing we did was Google the closest Starbucks-this one was second closest. It just so happens it’s a little over a couple miles where the closest one is .03 miles away. Why would I drive here? It’s pretty simple. There customer service is by far amazing, they can even tell its me by my voice on the drive they intercom! If that’s not enough, they get my drink order right every time, believe it or not I get mine wrong all the time. I also drive the extra miles for convenience reasons: the drive thru. It might seem like I’m being lazy, but I tried going into our closest Starbucks, an in store, and I was there for 45 min… and who has time for that? I also love that it’s right off the freeway. I think it works perfectly in its favor, because I find myself making excuses picking up coffee before and after work. I would like to think it’s because I’m treating myself, but let’s get real… I’m addicted and I probably won’t stop coming to this location. I even drag my nephew along, and by drag I mean he hops right into the car and immediately asks for chocolate milk, and I can never say no! I haven’t gone in to use Starbucks wifi since my college years, but it has cute tables and a good ambiance that I’m a complete fan of. If you haven’t already guessed, I love this location for all it is!

So this is pretty much an incredibly busy Starbucks, tucked away in a tight, heavily trafficked shopping center, on an exceptionally busy street. I frequent this one anyway because it’s located right by the freeway and they always get my drink right! Like most locations, the drive-thru line stays pretty constant at around four cars deep when it’s slow. But even when it wraps around the building, I find that the line here always moves quicker than other Starbucks in the area. The parking lot can be a real pain in the neck during peak hours due to cars pouring in through all entrances, people trying to enter the drive-thru lane from multiple directions, and cars attempting to exit onto the busy street with no discernible sense of urgency. It’s not uncommon to sit in traffic before you even leave the parking lot. But like I’ve said before, this location is great, and totally worth the adventure of navigating the area around it to reach your coffee. Stop by late afternoon for the smoothest visit!

I will forever come here as long as the staff remains the same!!!

Not too long ago, or maybe it was(my sense of time has been off lately), Las Vegas’s motto was What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. This rather enticing invitation to unleash and revel in one’s uninhibited, unencumbered, party loving, living in the moment self, in a city famously(or infamously) heralded by many for its debauchery, was wonderfully alluring but not all that true for yours truly… and yet I do have a confession to make. Bless me coffee loving Unilocalers for I have sinned. .. I have strayed from the goodness of local roasters and have partaken of the commercial. .. and I liked it(kinda, well, how about mostly? fine, sometimes I have this overwhelming need to shower thereafter. you happy now?) Anyways, whether it be sheer desperation or absolute necessity, I’ve found a certain degree of comfort(and adequate amount of caffeine) in their short double cappuccino. Add the fact that there is an ever convenient drive thru and boom, Starbucks gets a solid three stars. You’re welcome.

Unlike the other reviews I did not use the drive thru came inside for a quick green tea and green tea lemonade with my lady and had our order taken quickly and drinks came out quickly as well. Also Oliver C. Remembered and greeted me by name even though I had not been to this location in probably about 4 – 5 months. Always nice to be recognized and greeted by name. I will never use the drive through so I have nothing bad so say about this location. Maybe people should just walk INSIDE instead of waiting behind 10 cars worth of typical super picky Starbucks drinkers? Walked in and out with a 7 month old baby and 6 year old in about 5 minutes. And this counts me being indecisive and going to the bathroom. 5 stars service, drinks, and a 5 star Oliver.

I come to this location often for the drive thru line. The line can get long but honestly I am never afraid to get in it cause I know it will go fast! Other starbucks take forever and ever! This starbucks is on point. They are rarely out of my favorite items and always have a good selection of items to choose from. The screen to take your order is pretty cool as you can see video of the barista as you are giving your order. I always look forward to coming to this location and will drive out of my way to get to it.

This Starbucks takes f… o…r…e…v…e…r!!! When the drive through is long and you think to yourself… I’ll just walk in. Don’t do it. It takes just as long if not longer. Drive to the Starbucks on rainbow and sunset.

I absolutely love Starbucks, but absolutely hate the wait in the Drive-thru at this location… It HAS to be the slowest on this planet! I’ve sat in line up to 30 minutes during past visits, I’ve seen people pull up, park, walk in, walk out with 3 or 4 drinks, and drive off and meanwhile I’ve moved up 1 whole car length… I don’t understand why management doesn’t assign more than one person to handle the drive thru window! Word of Advice, Bring a book or newspaper to read if you go to this Starbucks drive-thru… I had to give it 3 Stars because I love Starbucks, if it had been another establishment I wouldn’t be so generous.

I met some friends before a hike and we got our caffeine fixes. I left my car here as someone else drove in the carpool. Starbucks with drive throughs always seem to be slower because they’re making double the drinks with about the same staff as any other outlet. I ordered my iced quad espresso and the wait was not too bad. The location was quite open and had plenty of seating. It was however lacking in cleanliness in the hallway leading to the bathrooms. There were boxes of product stores in the hallway. The location is OK, but this section of Rainbow Boulevard is problematic as it is only 2 lanes and one becomes a jammed left turn lane to get into the shopping plaza.

So I’m writing this as I’m waiting OVER30 minutes in the drive thru line. .wow! Really over 30??? It’s coffee. How can it take over 30 minutes? This is so bad for a drive thru. Maybe they should get rid of the drive thru. Have they never heard of having pull up and wait if there is an order that is taking a super long time to make? Horrible service and now I understand why the 2 stars. I will never come back here. The whole reason for drive thru is quick service. They certainly did not meet that requirement. One extra star for discount on coffee but lose 3 stars for wasting my time.
