I am writing this review basing on my experience on 06-15-2016. This is my fouth time eating at Table 34. Ambience: Even Starbucks will have better ambience than Table 34. Service: Waitress are not properly trained and their Customer service is not fitting to the reputation of the restaurant. Fake smiles, Spilling drinks, Missing Politeness While approaching guests, No intro to their menu specials, High order taking time. Professionalism: for the restaurant of this stature its minimum courtesy to speak in english while around clients, at one point i felt like i am in Roberto’s or El Polo Loco. The guy at the front is flirting with one of the waitress pulling and pushing her infront of guests. Food: We ordered Oven Roasted Half Duckling and Herb Roasted Chicken. Apple-Sage Dressing is mostly burnt. The food is certainly not to die for. I strongly think their food is priced high for its quality. i dont think the chef put his heart and soul into the food he prepares. I have eaten at many reputable restaurants, table 34 falls at the bottom of that list. Food is not worth the money and Service is not upto the standards. Spend your hard earned money some place else.

Table 34 has been on our to do list for a while. We finally experienced it during Restaurant Week. The dining room is nicely decorated with wall mirrors and art. Table spacing is comfortable and the room at about three quarter capacity was conversation friendly. Our server Tino was friendly, helpful with the menu and followed up throughout the evening. The bar tender stopped by to check on our satisfaction with the cocktails. She makes a wonderful lemon drop martini. The Restaurant Week menu had a wide variety of choices for the three courses. Our first course started with Wedge of crisp Iceberg with a creamy ranch dressing. The Duck Confit Tacos(3) were served with pico de gallo and fresh limes. The duck was juicy and plentiful. Second course Char-Broiled C.A.B. Tenderloin with roasted potatoes and vegetables. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly as requested. Fresh vegetables were firm not overcooked. The Seared Sea Scallops were served with spinach, mixed vegetables, a potato purée and orange glaze. Three beautiful firm scallops. A great melt in your mouth dish from the sea. The desert course required much thought because there were many wonderful choices. In the end it was carrot cake and lemon cheesecake. The carrot cake was moist and had a fantastic taste. The slice was a large portion. The lemon cheesecake was served with mixed berries and whipped cream. The cake was the perfect balance of sweet and tart. On this evening Chef Kendrick was making the rounds and talking to the customers. He stopped by our table before and after dinner. I expressed my enjoyment of the excellent preparation of the food and the beautiful presentation. Even though the drive is across town, Table 34 is now on our short list and I am sure we will return before the next Restaurant Week.

Tried this place out for dinner on a weekday so it wasn’t too crowded and our party of 6 were seated without a wait. I had been meaning to try this place out for a while now but wasn’t really sure what to expect. The presentation of food was nice but I have to admit the actual food did not impress. This is not to say it was bad — it was all average to above average but I guess I expected more from its good reviews and word of mouth reputation. As others have mentioned the duck appetizer was pretty good and I think duck may be one of their strong suits. I wasn’t too impressed with our server and we had some left over pizza that he packed up for us to go. He actually put the two slices together cheese on cheese like a sandwich and then squished it a little into a ball shape to make it fit in one of the very small takeout boxes. Not what I would expect from the care with which the food is generally prepared and presented at this restaurant.

Bottom Line– I was interested but not impressed. Lunch is busy!!! If you are coming here on a weekday for lunch I recommend calling if you’re a group of 5 or more as small groups are first come first serve and all tables are taken by 12:00pm. Laurie was super nice in taking our reservation and holding the table until we got there. I’ll chalk up mediocre service to the busyness of the place at lunch. It takes a while to order food because it looks like there are only a few servers between 50 plus tables. I recommend looking at the menu online and knowing what you want so you can order your food when you order your beverage. Lunch for the 6 of us took about an hour and a half. They have a pretty vast selection of lunch-ish items– quite a few are light and healthy which is appealing. I got the BBQ chicken wrap which was okay. The chicken was a little dry and while the BBQ taste was good. the wrap was not amazing. I think I enjoyed my potato salad more. I also ate my coworkers garlic biscuit(that came with the soup) and it was pretty good but would’ve been better warm. I’d give this place another shot. maybe for dinner. but it’s not at the top of my return list anytime soon. Side Note: Make sure you look at the restroom signs because the men and womens restrooms are not next to each other by the kitchen(those two are both mens rooms). Yup. learned the hard way…

Excellent service, clean cute restaurant with amazing food. The owner makes sure everything is made fresh daily. She worked for Wolfgang Puck for 10 years and her quality rivals anything you’ll eat on the strip. This little unassuming gem in a strip plaza is worth a stop. The corn purée saffron soup was quite good as were both entrees we had for lunch. The daily special of grilled swordfish was tenter, juicy and very flavorful. The fresh pineapple salsa was a beautiful acidic compliment to the fish and the grilled scallop salad had elements with amazing flair and texture. This is a definite repeat. If I had to give one ding it would be the hibiscus tea… even after watering down it was too strong, but it could be me since it’s a strong flavor to begin with… Thank you table 34 for a surprising treat at a very reasonable price given the quality! See when we’re back in town!

I really liked this place! The food was excellent and the ambiance was just as nice. Not to mention my super finicky cousin who went with me absolutely loved the salmon with the cauliflower purée. It’s definitely a place that we will be visiting again.

I’m trying not to let the fact that this is the only decent restaurant within a 2 square mile radius(as well as the only decent place I can walk to from work), but I’m pretty sure I’m going to fail. It’s the only decent place to walk to from work! That alone is worth four stars. The salads and the seafood chowder are awesome!

Not coming back here ever again. My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new so of course we turn to Unilocal, find this place rated 4 stars so why not try it out… Wrong decision. We were seated immediately, server was very nice. Waited probably 20 minutes for the halibut special and a trout dish. I can tell you that the main ingredient was oil. Everything was disgustingly oily. We could not even finish or even enjoy our meals that were about $ 100 total. The only thing that was enjoyable that we ordered was the duck quesadillas, which weren’t as oily. Staff vibe, the only nice person was our server. Who seemed like he was the only person working there that night. Sure we came in an hour before closing, but I don’t think that gives staff an excuse to not being attentive to guests. First off, we witnessed a staff member drinking a beer on the job while behind the bar. Also witnessed a different server having her employee meal… With a glass of wine(in the dining room by the bar). Don’t get me wrong, I love to have a drink or two but they didn’t even bother to hide it or enjoy their drinks not in front of the guests. That is just unacceptable.

Went in expecting a great dine in experience and came out very disappointed. The only reason I gave it 1 star was due to the excellent service our waiter showed. I had the trout and was very disappointed. The fish had 1) no flavor whatsoever 2) it was drenched in oil. I may not be a executive chef, but for a customer who’s paying $ 30 a plate, I would expect it to taste half decent.

This was a very nice smaller establishment. We were staying at the Doubletree,(slightly tempted to just walk over to Applebee’s), but instead looked for something local. We are so glad we did! It is within walking distance, but we drove the short 3 min up the hill. Greeted warmly and seated immediately on a Wednesday late night. Bread and water was brought out right away. Next greeted by our server who later offered great advice for a choice of the Mediterranean Pizza. Arugula salad was fresh and lightly tossed with a fresh vinaigrette. Our server continued to be watchful and made sure we had a nice evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant choice to anyone within a reasonable drive. We will definitely keep it in mind for future dining in Las Vegas.

I love this place and the food is great unfortunately when not sitting at the bar or in the bar area service is kind of hit and miss. We went for lunch on Tuesday, was excited to hear they had Italian Wedding soup so I ordered that to start and the roasted chicken for my lunch. My wife ordered the fish. Needless to say our food eventually came and no soup. Our server was not even aware that the soup never came which to me is odd, the place is not real large and at the time we got there, it was a good 30 minutes before the lunch rush. As I said we love this place, it would have been a strong 4 maybe even 5 stars if we would have gotten our order right. Also bread was never offered to us which is something we look forward to here. So all in all, the food we ordered was good, I just wish we would have gotten everything we ordered, maybe next time.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. Five star food and five star service. I work in this area and have noticed this restaurant on visits to the Starbuck’s next door. People at work said it was good, but I’m not typically looking for dinner spots in this area. Well, tax time came and we had an evening appointment down the street. If my husband had to leave work at a decent hour for our appointment then I was definitely making him take me to dinner. :) Since I didn’t know how long our appointment would last I didn’t make a reservation. This was no problem at all for an early dinner and we were seated right away. The restaurant didn’t start to fill up until around 7. Our sweet waitress greeted us right away and ran over the specials with us as well. She was very attentive with help from other servers as well. We were checked on regularly and our plates were cleared quickly. They did so without being obtrusive or rushing service. The bread basket included several types of bread, all delicious. I started with the Arugula salad. The individual flavors were nice, but I didn’t love the citrus dressing. My husband started with the Oysters, Rockefeller style and really enjoyed it. My entrée was the star of the show. I had the Seared Sea Scallops. The scallops were perfectly prepared and seasoned nicely. The whole dish came together so well. I loved the sautéed spinach and orange sauce around the scallops. The mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful with a nice large portion. The mixed vegetables had a truly nice mix of vegetables that were all prepared well with a nice amount of seasoning. My entrée was incredible and a very generous portion. My husband had the special which was Elk which was served with a delicious sauce on top, rice and mixed vegetables on the side. I normally don’t like elk, but this was prepared in a way that I really enjoyed. The elk had a nice seasoned crust and the meat was tender and flavorful. The sauce on top paired perfectly. My husband also loved his entrée and said he enjoyed the vegetables on the side! Even though I should have passed on dessert I just couldn’t pass it up. Every dessert option sounded amazing and there was only one boring option(crème brulee). Everything else was interesting. The chocolate peanut butter pie was perfectly rich. The peanut butter was very rich, but the chocolate toned it down perfectly. The honeycomb on the top was very unique and definitely added something to the flavor. The lime tart didn’t hold back on tang and the lemon curd on the side was refreshing. This was one of those meals where I left wanting to recommend this restaurant to everyone I know.

Table 34 delivers great service, food and ambiance! We stopped in to try this hidden gem off of Warm Springs. You can’t see it from the road but it sits behind Starbucks. There is plenty of parking for their dining patrons. The dining area is nicely decorated to create an enjoyable experience. We were there early enough to partake in their happy hour at the bar. There are also a few tables near the bar area where you can take advantage of the special deals. We started off with their House prepared chips with truffle aioli. Warning~ Their aioli is very addictive! I wanted to spread it on everything. They also give you a generous amount of their chips! My husband tried the Cider Glazed Pork Ribs w/Cajun Fries. These literally fell off the bone. Very tender with a nice glaze. My Kobe beef sliders were awesome. They came with caramelized onions, swiss and thousand island. Each bite just melted in your mouth. The sweet potato tots that I ordered with the sliders complimented each other wonderfully! Again, a generous amount of the sweet potato tots are provided from the HH menu. We had amazing service from Adrienne at the bar. She was funny, entertaining and attentive. You could tell some of her regulars loved to stop in just to see her. She is definitely an asset. We certainly enjoyed our happy hour experience here. I hope to be back to try their full menu!

We’re visiting family from out of town and decided this would be a good place for a nice dinner. Wrong. My cousin made reservations and we arrived at our reserved time. We were greeted and seated immediately. The waitress, Elena, took our drink orders. Between us, we ordered a 7&7, prosecco, vodka mule, and a bay breeze. We were informed there was no Smirnoff, which was requested for the bay breeze), and no ginger beer for the mule. Okay. No problem. Drinks were brought to us and no mention of taking an appetizer or dinner order was requested. We’re now in to almost 30 minutes of being at the restaurant. We waited… Watched Elena pass by at least five times. Nothing. We decided to request the check for our drinks and leave. When we told her we wanted to close out and why, without even an apology or request for us to stay, she had the audacity to ask if we wanted the change. Really? We saw her speak to the maitre d’ and not long after she brought us the change with major attitude and, of course, no apology. When we walked out, silence from the maitre d’. Not even a «have a nice evening,» «we apologize» «go f yourself» nothing! In a city like this, superior service is typically top notch, but in this case, it was absolutely a big disappointment. We were prepared to spend a decent amount of money and instead forced out for the slow and lackluster service.

Looking for a nice meal without going into Las Vegas craziness, we found Table 34. What a great find! The service and presentation were excellent, the food delicious, the wine list quite nice. My mother had a glass of Fume Blanc that the waiter came along and refilled. I enjoyed a glass of Duckhorn’s Decoy. Her buffalo shrimp was delightfully spicy, and the beet salad was fresh and«scrumptious» — her description. My linguine with chicken and spinach in a garlic cream sauce was tasty and filling. Highly recommend for price, service, presentation, and, of course, the food. Almost forgot, the crème brûlée was perfect. Very charming manager/owner made sure we had a good experience, as well.

This restaurant has been one of my favorites since it’s Wild Sage days. Over the years I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. The food is amazing. Chef Wes Kendrick is the best in town. The service is impressive, the place is so clean you could eat off the floor.

This is an excellent upscale menu with off strip pricing and exceptional quality! We have been coming to this neighborhood favorite for years now and it never disappoints. Great wait staff and fantastic chef come together to make this dining experience superb. Try the ribs if they are on special and if you are lucky enough to be there when they are serving lobster Mac and cheese it’s worth the indulgence!!!

How did we find this wonderful restaurant? We turned left at the Strip as we were on our way home via Ambrose and Joshua Tree. This great find is a real American cuisine restaurant that we will put on our Vegas list. If you live in the area, you are in luck. The menu, which you can see and see the gallery for, is on their website. They have a wide range of choices of Chef Wes Kendrick’s versions of your favorites, but with a twist that may make you smile. We had lunch. I had the Mac & Cheese Gratinee, which you would think is redundant, but this is the kind of redundancy that makes gratinee a perennial favorite. Chef tells me he chooses the cheeses he uses by their melting characteristics. For me, that was melt in the mouth. Yum. It is accompanied by a lovely cucumber/tomato/onion salad, light and vinegary and just the right balance for the gratinee. DH had the Spinach Chef’s salad, and it arrived prettily presented, and he was happy that everything in it was so fresh. Since he is a wonderful salad maker at home, I was surprised that he was impressed. I know what I’ll be seeing coming out of our home kitchen. As I say, only steal from the best. I ordered a rye and ginger ale to start, and I find it is hard to find my favorite lunch drink at restaurants. The bartender will know if the bar has rye, but most waiters think rye is bread, and for some, you have to spell it. So… I got bourbon. When the hostess came over to see if we had questions, I pointed out to her that the order was wrong. She immediately brought me what I had ordered, and told me to keep the bourbon, too. I think I will work on recycling that bourbon. lol DH will be driving, so I planned to take a nap. How convenient. The restaurant is light, eclectic, and just as charming as the menu and personnel. Service was prompt, and it really didn’t matter whom you talked to, since they seamlessly share information about what you need. Except for rye. All in all, this is a really remarkable restaurant, a 21st-century restaurant without all the stuffiness and pretension of restaurants that are not nearly as good. We certainly will return.

Where did this place come from? Snuggled up to the 215 and Warm Springs, Table 34 has a slightly elevated menu that offers everything from Buffalo Fried Shrimp with Creamy Cole Slaw to a massive Grilled Rack of Pork with Chipotle Potato Purée, Asparagus & Hard Cider Glaze. Literally you’re sloppy unemployed best friend and your uptight foodie buddy would both love this place. I came here to drop off some toys for the«Toys for Tater Tots» promo and I was immensely surprised at the happy hour menu offerings. I felt like I literally ordered everything; Duck Carnitas Tacos, Buffalo Fried Shrimp, Kobe Beef Sliders with Caramelized Onions and Swiss Cheese, Macaroni & Cheese with Peas & Pancetta, and of course the Sweet Potato Tater Tots with Honey Mustard. Everything was very good, honestly I didn’t have a bad dish, the shrimp was on point; spicy and the pieces were huge. The sliders were delicious, super juicy and the onions weren’t overpowering, and the mac and cheese was, «food bonerirffic». My only complaint was that there wasn’t enough, give me more! The Duck Carnitas were delicious, tender and the perfect bite sized morsels for the non-sharing person. Sweet potato tots, I these fried, sweet carby treasures are paired perfect with a honey mustard for that nice bite at the end. The service was attentive and kept the table clear as each order came and went. I will say this place does have an older crowd. I mean, I’m no spring chicken, but I was the probably the youngest person here by at least 12 years. Is this a bad thing? Nope, now I have a solid spot to take my mom for those weekly dinner outings.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while since all of the pictures looked pretty good and the ratings seemed pretty high so I finally got to try them about a week and a half ago and they were just eh for food and for service. Everyone eating inside at the time were all in business attire, probably from all the offices in the same complex and I feel that since we were in more casual attire, our server didn’t treat us the same. He was very inattentive and spacey. I ordered the Scottish Salmon for $ 18.50 and my boyfriend got the Wild Mushroom Pizza for I believe $ 12.95. The foodrunner brought out the salmon and pizza together however the pizza they brought out was something with a bunch of pepperoni on it and when we told him we didn’t order that, he kind of just held it there and said«Well would you like this one instead?» Lmao! I’ve never had that happen before. Pretty funny and we were like no… my boyfriend isn’t eating meat today… and so he took it back and asked me if I still wanted my salmon. Well ya, the salmon was what I ordered lol. The server then stopped by and quickly said«Sorry, put it in wrong» and quickly walked away. Uhhh okay no problem I guess? lol I was almost done with my salmon when they finally brought out the pizza. Now onto flavor. The salmon was a nice portion but very under-seasoned and wasn’t memorable at all. Very bland. I had to put quite a bit of salt on it. The pizza had a good flavor but the crust was pretty soggy. Our server then walked by and dropped off the check without saying anything. What a weird experience. Overall we probably won’t be coming back since there’s a lot more options down the street on Eastern and on Las Vegas Blvd.
