Two stars for the very polite girl at the counter where I purchased a $ 25 gift card for a friend before our lunch at Table34 next door. I walked in at about 11:20 am on Friday, Jan 29th. It’s a smaller Starbucks and there isn’t much room to wait in line. I accidentally was standing in the incorrect place and a dark haired girl with short hair declared«the line is on the OTHER side» with a very obvious eye roll. She threw a dirty look at me and turned around to go back to what she was doing. I felt awful. When it was my turn I quickly grabbed the gift card purchased it and left. I will never return to that Starbucks again. I am a gold card member so I love my Starbucks but this girl was atrocious. She embarrassed me and I felt awful.

The liviest crew at any Starbucks I’ve been to. They dress up on Fridays as superheroes and disney characters and who knows what else. Very entertaining haha

I have never been to another Starbucks that has as terrible customer service as this one. Everyone behind the counter is young, and only interested in gossiping with each other rather than doing their job. It seems like there is no one around to enforce that they are supposed to be at work. I have been here more than several times and it has been the same experience each time. Today, I happened to wait close to 10 minutes for a drink that wasn’t custom made during a time when NOONE else was there. My advice to management is to find staff that will actually do their job instead gossiping and messing around on company time.

Never felt so attacked when a barista accused my 6 year old of stealing a pack of cookies from the counter. No pretentious millennial, my son didn’t take anything. And he actually never would because A) he has been been taught right and wrong and B) he has food allergies and knows he can’t eat anything without me checking ingredients. But, the barista just made a snap judgement and made my son and I feel like crap. Apparently, you can’t take your kids to this location because they thing they are a 5 star restaurant and act like kids shouldn’t be there.

This is my Starbucks of choice in the Las Vegas basin. The location is small, but it is easy to get in and out of. The staff is awesome! They know how to make drinks correctly and quickly. I pass 5 other Starbucks to go to this location.

It’s called a smile and a warm greeting wouldn’t hurt either. This is one of the reasons why I stopped going to Starbucks. I walked in because I was walking into work this morning and I was cold, so I said why not stop in and grab something warm. Well I haven’t stepped foot in a Starbucks in a year. I got tired of drinking flavored coffee drinks full of high fructose corn syrup. And yes unless it’s sugar free all of their flavors have it! I used to be a barista and we brewed all the Starbucks stuff and used their sauces, the whole nine yards. Even was trained by Starbucks on exactly how to make everything. Oh and btw Seattle’s Best is owned by Starbucks. But the other reason I quit going to Starbucks is because the people are rude just like their customers. I walked in standing away from the counter looking at the menu trying to see what’s new or sounds good. The cashier yells can I help you like I’m deaf or there are people everywhere. I was the only one there. I said still looking. Then people came in I waved a few by and got in line. I get up there and the same girl says are you ready now? Instead of asking a question about a drink I said grande Carmel macchiato that’s it. Handed her my card and then waited for my drink. Watched her not even do the crisscross stuff just a swirl. Got my drink and asked the barista for a stopper and left. Had she made the drink right it would have tasted right. Just tasted like coffee with cream. Waste of money and time.

I work just around the corner from this one, so I frequent it pretty often. It can get very busy in the morning, and there is no drive-thru, so get out and go in! Otherwise, it dies down and can be accommodating. The store is narrow and long, with limited minimal indoor seating, though there is bar seating along the window and more outside. Enough about the store, it’s the people that make this Starbucks awesome. Aside from their youthful vim and courteous demeanor, they are always friendly and welcoming. I promised to write a review, so here it is. Last night while waiting for my drink with my co-worker, we witnessed some amazing customer service. A man grabbed the wrong drink, and a woman consequently grabbed the wrong drink. She realized waaaay before the man did, came back and said she was fine, but didn’t want her drink(strange…). The baristas quickly remade her drink, and the man’s, while one came out and told the man his drink was wrong(which he noticed only after they told him, hehe!). They brought the remade drinks out personally, apologized for any inconvenience and everyone was happy. Yay! Talk about going out of the way to please your customers. I didn’t get their names, but the guy was Tyler I think and one of the girls had red glasses. Had to give a shoutout.

Sad about the new seating set up. No comfy seats. One long table along the window. But the high tables block the seats there. Sad face. :(. Love the people who work there though.

I’m ganna try and make this short, sweet and to the point… but that rarely happens. I started a new job after moving from Texas, and It would a understatement of I said I was just a huge coffee fanatic. I can easily have 5 – 6 cups a day, and still go right to sleep-but anyways this Starbucks is located less than a mile from my job, which makes it extra convenient. I end up having anywhere between 1 – 3 cups from this location in particular because of its location. It’s hidden in the corner after you pass a preschool, so it can easily be missed-nonetheless it’s there! It has 2 entrenches, which is great if there’s no line. However if there is a line use the door furthest from the subway, because that’s where you can find the tail of it. Every Friday has a «theme», and all of the workers get pretty into it; I’m a huge fan of it. I find myself purposely going on Fridays I have no business being on that side of town just to check it out. The service is always great! The best part of this location is that from my office I can mobile order, and by the time I get there my drink is ready at the bar and waiting for my arrival. This location only had a handful of tables, and most days are full. Since I only go to get my caffeine fix and leave I’m ok with that, but if not be prepared to possibly sit outside to have a table. But don’t worry, there’s plenty of shade that covers the tables, and who can complain when there’s free wifi?

The staff here is really great, always friendly. They are on their game, and work hard. I must say, lately, every time I come here, they are literally OUT of everything. Savories, Lemonade for the tea, Cake Pops, etc. In the past 2 weeks alone, I’ve ordered my Green Tea Lemonade, and was called back to the front because they are out of lemonade. I’ve received 3 $ 4 off ‘gift cards’ in the past week alone. In the past 60 days, I would say that they were out of Lemonade 15 times when I’ve come in there. I really love this staff, but I am constantly never getting anything I want from this store. Someone needs to work on the supply ordering! Get it together!

«Grande Iced Caramel Macciato in a Venti cup, Breve, stirred, with 3.5 pumps of classic and 2.5 pumps of hazelnut and whip cream with extra caramel»… I used to laugh at people who used to order like this. In fact, I would go out of my way to clown anyone who could conjure up such a request! …and then I got a Starbucks gift card… and then I went to THIS Starbucks… and then I had a drink… and then another… and then another… Today’s standard order: «Venti Iced Black Tea w/1 pump of classic and 1 pump of vanilla, no water, with light extra ice(not extra light ice, mind you!) That was 4 years ago. Today, I can honestly say that I am at once proud and ashamed that I have visited almost EVERY Starbucks in a twenty-five mile radius(My work has me all over town!) and in my humble opinion, no other Starbucks establishment can hold a novelty Frappucino off the Secret Menu to these guys! How could I have possibly fallen into such a robotic display of consumer indulgence? Am I not ashamed of the obvious routine that borders on addiction? The care and efficiency that this Starbucks locale exhibits was enough to make me answer with a resounding«NO!» Clean, Fast and Cordial and can you believe that they memorized my order so that I no longer have to bear the shame of repeating my ridiculous-sounding tea? I LOVETHISSTARBUCKS… and I don’t even drink coffee! LOL

Not as good as the one on Las Vegas Boulevard and blue diamonds but it’s never crowded and if you’re in a hurry it’s a great place to stop. It’s also very nice inside with a lot of places to sit and they have outdoor seating

It’s a small location with very few seats, no drive through and the giant task of taking care of a few large businesses around them everyday. It’s probably one of the busiest Starbucks I have ever been to, but they always seem to handle the pressure with poise and more often than not, my coffee is fantastic. I started working at one of those large businesses in the same parking lot a few months ago and I visit this location almost everyday, sometimes twice. They know my name, my order and even greet me and carry on a conversation at times. I understand that Starbucks are pretty much the same everywhere you go, but this one is set above the rest by their amazing staff that can always put a smile on my face. Especially in the morning when coffee is pretty important!

There is no drive through at this location and surrounding it are a ton of business centers so it’s super busy. When I walked in, the line was out the door but I was desperate so I waited. To my surprised delight, the line went super fast and I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes for my drink after ordering. I was very impressed!

Good ol’ Starbucks… They have everything for every season. During the winter they have their seasonal drinks such as the famous Pumpkin Spice Latte, Peppermint Mocha, Crème Brulee Latte. Or the refreshing flavors during the summer like the Passion Fruit Tea and Lemonade or the Very Berry Hibiscus Tea. My favorite however anytime throughout the year is the White Chocolate Mocha and the Classic Chai Tea, hot please. Best of all, free WiFi!!! Every Starbucks has tables and chairs and you can lounge as long as you want.

Dear Starbucks, By the time you read this review, I’ll be gone. I’ve started seeing other coffee shops, and the last few times I’ve been to see you… things just aren’t the same. Your staff used to greet me by name, and know my order… now I’m lucky if I get a polite greeting. I’m sorry to say that the quality of your drinks, while never a favorite of mine, has gone down hill quite a bit. I can’t believe I paid $ 4.27 for a TALL latte, even if it was your new one, the Chestnut Praline Latte… which, by the way… is awful. It tasted burnt, and wasn’t even hot when I received it. This is harder for me than it is for you. We’ve grown apart. I wish I could say«Its not you, its me!» but it is DEFINITELY you. Cordially, Lisa ** the non silly version: Service has slipped considerably. Prices are ridiculous for what you get, and the coffee is disgusting. I’ll be travelling the additional 5 minutes to Grouchy Johns from now on.

Great spot but no drive thru. Got a frapp around lunch time and it actually wasn’ t that busy, maybe 2 people in line in front of me, I was in and out pretty quick. Staff was friendly and helpful.
