Date of Visit: 4÷1÷2016 Time of visit: 5:15am Starbucks, oh Starbucks, where for art thou deliciousness? I swing by this morning to get an oatmeal before my flight and while you had oatmeal, it was really gruel. Where did the moist oats laden with flavor run off to? Sadly I couldn’t finish this slop. So I’m hoping it was a momentary lapse in quality control instead of an underlying problem. Your cashier was super friendly, everything was well stocked, and the line moved fast. So got you three stars instead of a dreaded two star. By Gate C14.

A venti cup coffee was $ 3.29 and a sausage/egg breakfast sandwich was $ 6.05. They have counter seating and a love seat. The staff person was nice and talkative with her co-worker but at one point I saw her rub her eyes with her fingers and didn’t wash her hands before proceeding to make someone’s flavored coffee drink. Not only could she catch something but she could infect someone else if she had a red eye infection. However, if you are craving SB coffee, you don’t have much choice as there are no SB shops beyond the gates.

What a rude woman working 12÷29÷15 evening shift. Hung up on me twice. Just got in a couple of words and got a dial tone. I called back giving her benefit of the doubt, trying to inquire if I could phone order a $ 6 chai latte to surprise my girlfriend who’s flight was delayed by 8 hours. I was very polite but she wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence and said that there was literally no way she could do that and then hung up on me again. I can accept that they don’t do phone orders but wow. I later learned that I could have simply used my phone to order through their app and my girlfriend could have picked up the order. I understand that airports are busy but there is no excuse to be so mean. It really didn’t sit well with me, so I called customer relations and they treated me very well.

This location of Starbucks in McCarran is on your way to the ‘B’ gate area. There are a few other places to get your morning cup of joe but I just want to get my usual. They were busy, of course, for the morning crowd of jet setters. I believe they could have used a few more employees working this shift. Service was just ok. Average in the Starbucks world. But a smile was on my face when I had the latte in hand. It’s one of those comforts for me when I can depend on my favorite Starbucks drink to always taste great. Thanks again for the morning caffeine! Yours truly– a loyal customer.

This Starbucks is very disappointing with the service provided to my friend and I. I actually work at Starbucks and asked if they accepted partner numbers and she said in a very rude, short tone«no». When my friend was receiving her change the cashier basically threw the change at her and made the money go all over the counter. Despite being treated rudely we were still very polite saying thank you and have a good day with nothing but sighs in reply. It’s always embarrassing to come across rude Starbucks employees like them.

Super friendly staff, quiet, and clean! There are so many locations but I had a really good experience here and thought the staff was very friendly so I decided to write a review. Thumbs up :)

Small Starbucks at gate D21. Nice. Service is good. It’s a great stop when running to a flight so quickly. On the ball.

Asked for a black tea with no water. I was told it would be extra but had already paid so she filled it up halfway and nearly threw it at me. Wished I would have thrown it back.

One of many Starbucks inside airport. My stop consisted of a short line and somewhat a wait for beverage ordered. Upon reaching the counter I was greeted friendly. I ordered a frap only. Tried to pay with my Starbucks card only to find the credit and Starbucks system was not in order. Fortunately I had cash to pay. The staff told me I had to contact corporate to get the balance reverted to my account. No phone number was provided. I never ended calling to have the balance reverted to my Starbucks card. The drink was still a bit icy as opposed to blended. Good: friendly. Bad: overpriced, lack of communication, slow, and quality of beverage. Overall if I didn’t want a beverage I would not have stopped here. Two stars as the experience wasn’t horribly bad but could use improvements.

Just another Starbucks. Nothing special. Service was decently quick and they were very accommodating considering i needed the receipt and it was ripped from the cashier machine.

The McDonalds of coffee. Standard service. Standard coffee. Still surprised it draws in the number of people it does given the amount of cafes here in Madison.

Solid Starbucks. Waiting to pick up my kids from their unaccompanied minor flight. Need some caffeine to keep going. They took my Starbucks gold card(so I can get my rewards points!). Drink made quickly even though I made a change.(Forget to say«iced») Overall, I enjoyed my drink.

I like the layout of this Starbucks. However, the cashier was apparently untrained on the register and was unable to answer any of my questions about a bag of beans that caught my eye. My drink was good. But, it just wasn’t the«Starbucks experience» I’m used to. People in an airport are usually in a hurry, the transactions need to go smooth and quickly.

Will this be my last review of a Starbucks? Perhaps not, but it will be the last time I visit this one. I was not impressed with anything here. The wait, the line, the service the flavor of the coffee — not up to Starbucks standards for sure! I may not be a coffee expert, but I know that this place needs some massive changed. Even the staff came in inadequate. Thank goodness for Jamba Juice or I’d be very thirsty at this airport!

Flight crew discount & my coffee was still $ 5…w t f It is delicious though. Most delicious. The staff is smiley too, and I like smiley. This may be a magical starbucks, as I just witnessed a Southwest airlines pilot pull a gift from his santa bag & give it to a small traveler. Sweet.

I have to second that the Starbucks at the airport are generally 1. Busy, 2. Dirty. If at all possible, get your drink and finish it before going through security to avoid the hassle. If the employees weren’t so chipper and friendly at 5:30AM when I was there on 11÷09÷11, they wouldn’t be getting 2 stars.
