12 minutes for a spy green tea latte. The people before me said they waited 20 minutes. 4 people staffing. It wasn’t a matter of understaffing so much as inefficient overly chit chatty employees. One gentlemen about lost it when he saw the barista on her phone intermittently. Comedy of errors but what do you expect from Las Vegas…

Fast, friendly, and efficient. The baristas really keep things moving here, so don’t be scared off by the long line– you’ll be happier with the warm and comforting beverage inside your belly.

Starbucks is my usual go-to place for coffee. They make it easy when there is a location everywhere you go in the world. We were flying out of the D gates in Terminal 1. Their location was directly across from my gate. There are some tables in front of their counter/order area. My coffee was perfect as usual. Service here was surprisingly chipper for the morning. They were busy but that didn’t prevent them from treating me like a valued customer. Thanks for my dependable morning wake up!

Worst service ever. I ordered a hot chocolate and the staff gave me a coffee. After I found out, she remade it and asked me to throw the previous coffee under her eyes. ITSORIDICULOUS. Her attitude was so rude and unpleasant. I usually didn’t put any comment on Unilocal.But I’m so pissed off this time. It’s not my fault to make the wrong drink. And it’s ThankingGiving. Could you be nicer?

Worst service ever. I order a Trenta strawberry acai refresher with light ice and light water almost everyday. The only location that has ever given me a problem is this one. Almost every time I order it they argue with me and do it a different way than the previous time. This time they filled it up 3 quarters of the way full and told me too bad, that’s how it is. I go to the airport a few times a week and typically would go here but I will always go out of my way to not go here ever again.

Lovelia was lovely and Jovanni was sweet! My Earl Grey was strong, but still perfect to me. Be careful because it might be too hot to drink for about 5 – 10 minutes.

A very small, obviously airport terminal location. Really hard to believe this is a Starbucks location at all. Never run into a Starbucks with no cream, only half and half. Pastries available but no way to warm them up. Customers were bringing drinks back complaining they were cold. The weakest iced coffee I have ever experienced at a Starbucks anywhere.

Debra at this location is awful and the entire staff didn’t seem care. Not sure if she’s new or she was just having a frazzled moment, but she was completely impolite and unprofessional. She made me repeat my order multiple times, shushed me twice and rudely spoke to a previous customer before me, who also had a complaint about her, all while in the middle of me speaking and giving my order. In addition,(again, as I was speaking) she complained to her coworker of how aggravated she was and that she needed a break… right in front of me and a long line of customers. I understand having bad days but when you work for a place like Starbucks, customer service is key, especially when you work at one inside of an airport, of all places! People go to Starbucks to begin their days, and that type of employee behavior is completely inexcusable. She’s lucky she didn’t try pulling that crap on the wrong customer, who may have not been as nice and may not have been as understanding. Last but not least, she failed to add sweetener in all three of my drinks. And just FYI, the previous customer complained that she didn’t add the shot in hers as well… So there’s that.
