Simply put: the WORST Starbucks ever.
Everything is overpriced, but even if it is overpriced, you would think that the quality is good. Nope. Tastes Terrible. Worse, workers are very rude and unfriendly. One worker kept talking to her coworker while making my drink and guess what. She messed up on making my drink 5 times. Even on the fifth time, it still wasn’t right. The worker could have at least apologized but she kept rolling her eyes at me. I pay $ 4.50 for a venti passion tea just to have it taste like sugar? I mean how hard is it to make a passion tea sweetened. You make a drink over sweetened if you don’t count how many times you pump the sweetener. Also, they charge for hot water.
Terrible workers. I wish I can just give this place 0 stars, but too bad the lowest is a one.

It was the first Starbucks I found with no short size cappucino.
Just added one more star because of quick and nice service early morning.

Finished my venti cup of tea and asked the stupid old asian lady if she could fill it with water and instead of saying they charged for water she just kept telling me «no refill». Lady, you are so very rude. Worse starbucks I’ve been to on the strip.

«The worst service I have ever hat at Starbucks» thanks Katie, that’s true! Not friendly at all. Even rude. We stop at this Starbucks to have quick snack and by some coffee before long trip to SF. OMG! I had feeling like she wants to tell me «What a F**k you need here». I was with my to small hungry kids. That lady mist my sons order (he eat only cheese danish). Only what she wants from me it’s money. She don’t care if I need some drinks. I tried order some more food, here only sentence was «hold on» and in the second «your total is.» No even eye contact. I’m manager of the the restaurant and service for me means everything! That worst service I have ever had!

The worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks. They were not friendly. They didn’t ask for any preferences for your drink. No smiles. No «thank you». They mixed up customers drinks and didn’t write their names on it so you didn’t know whose was whose. A lot of people order the same thing… So by mistake I took another customers because they just yelled out the drink type not the customers name. It felt as if they just wanted you in and out. When I ordered my sandwich she told me the total and didn’t ask if I wanted anything to drink, even though I did. Once I told her I also wanted a drink she didn’t ask if I had any preferences, just told me the total and started helping the next customer while I was still being rung out.

Open 24 hours. The drink was the best I had in awhile, BUT the staff were pretty rude and unfriendly.
