Fair, honest, prompt. Even though my son was skeptical when Jim said that it was probably the tank of my water conditioner, I called him anyway. On site Jim said it was something else, a part easily replaced. He didn’t have it on his truck and had to return the next day, but only charged one service call. No gouging!

I called this company after a frustrating experience with the company who actually installed my water softener. I searched the Internet and called Servall because they advertised that they service all water softeners.
Jim arrived later that afternoon. He dug into our system and discovered a «salt block» and something that wasn’t bolted. He re-​bolted that thinga ma-​widget, removed the salt block and told me I was good to go! Great service from one phone call. If I have another issue with my water softener, I’m calling THIS company!

Now we really need a new system, so we’re calling Servall (because of the great service from last year) to install a new system.

After doing much research and having horrible experiences with local water conditioning companies, I finally found Servall. My first impression of the company was they are super friendly and definitely knew what they were talking about. I have had other companies come out to my house to try and fix my water softener with no such luck. I saw their ad «If we can’t fix it, it’s free» and thought what the heck. Jim came out the very next day that I called and was able to immediately diagnose the problem, I had a bad valve. Couldn’t believe that no one else figured it out! I will use them every time I need service and will recommend them to everyone. Thanks Servall!
