I wanted to share my experience with all those who are interested/​considering having a refractive procedure. I have been dependent on glasses/​contacts for almost 21 years (pretty much 4 years short of my whole life) with a prescription of –7.50 in both eyes. I became annoyed with the thickness of my glasses and the irritation I would get with my contact lenses, even though I had great peripheral vision with them on. I recently had ICL surgery in both eyes which is pretty much an implantable contact lens. I had one eye done at a time and it seemed that the second time around it was even BETTER. I didn’t get poked with any needles, didn’t wait long, and was very well taken care of by the caring staff and Dr. Jackson. My vision cleared up everyday more and more. I have cried tears of joy waking up without having to put my glasses on to just see the alarm clock or my family. It’s AMAZING being able to see the presentation during meetings, cooking, shaving in the shower, swimming, and putting on my make up without any assistance from glasses/​contacts. I have always had a fascination with looking at the moon and observing it’s phases. I can now say that I can just look up and see the moon like never before in «HD». I would highly recommend this procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson’s experience and gifted hands for the surgery and their office with all the advanced technology that helped get my vision to what it is today. Thank you Dr. Jackson!!!
