Well, we had hoped that the ridiculous wait time to see a doctor was limited to the Smoke Ranch office, but alas, no such luck. We’ve been waiting for an hour and a half with no end in sight. Appointment was at 4:30 and it’s now 6:00 pm. We’ve missed dinner and my wife is diabetic. They don’t seem to care about their imposition on patients. Another patient here in the waiting room has been here since 2:30 pm and is still waiting… in severe pain of course. This medical practice is in dire need of management, as there is none evident.

Doctors are good at dealing with issues you have bit the wait is horrendous my appointment was at 10 am and finally got in to see the doctor at 12:15. So expect a long wait time

I was trying to get and appointment to be seen at this office. Although the staff was polite on the phone, they weren’t very helpful. I am a workmans comp case with a court order for medical treatment and was denied an appointment because I am a new patient and was told I needed a written statement from the carrier. I think a court order should hold up better than a carrier statement in my opinion. I understand that everyone needs and wants to get paid, but what about the patients. If thats the help they offer I don’t need to be a patient at this office… Moving on!

Dr. Ghuman is so awesome. This office is so nice as well as the entire staff! A beautiful office and very peaceful. Just a long drive for me but well worth the drive. I trust Dr. Ghuman with my life and that of my father’s!!! Dr. Ghuman is so good with Seniors. I highly recommend him for he is one of the most compassionate Doctor’s I have ever met!
