If you like to be chased outside because they feel like you didn’t give them enough tip, then this is the perfect place for you. 3 $ tip for a 25 $ total price of the food we ate is not bad. Plus the service is horrible. It’s like playing hide and seek with the food server. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My husband & I wanted to have some good food in Vegas on our Valentine’s Day getaway but didn’t want the crowd of downtown so we drove to Chinatown for some adventurous eats. The best Korean food I have tasted! Authentic & very tasty definitely recommended!!!

To pay $ 39.50/person because we wanted the steamed egg and not only have the server forget to put the order in, but to bring us out an old and turning grey cut of meat was an utter disappointment! We also asked for more salt and oil which she forgot to bring it, so I had to share mine with boyfriend! NEVER coming back here again! An hour later we both had mothers revenge and are both in the bathroom, this is horrible!

The food seems good but the service wasn’t up to my expectations. I ordered a teriyaki Chicken to go and as soon as I walked and make my Order, an old lady gave me an attitude. As I turned around to walk away, another waitress approached me kindly asking me if I needed anything. I asked for chicken teriyaki, too expensive sorry $ 28.00. I walked away.

This is absolutely my favorite place to eat when I’m in Las Vegas for CES. For appetizers, the seafood pancake is amazing. The chicken bulgogi and galbi are the usual go-to’s for me. Amazing service from the staff. Try it out if you’re in town!

Ask for rice 5 times. Never got back to me. Also purposely ignored me when I raise my hand to ask again, the lady just looked away and then again at other people. And just walked pass by me and wet me. Smh. Never coming here again. Please find other places.

The interior design is excellent, and the food is great. The only bad thing is that there is only one server at night and it was hard for her to attend each table and properly serve them. I do not blame her as she’s the only one.

I’m half Korean, so I wanted to see if this place was like Mom’s. Well, nope, since my Mom is Japanese. But I have eaten at numerous Korean Grills and my cousin told me that this is the best one in town. It had everything I expected in a Korean Grill. The grills themselves were in the middle of the table and you cooked your own BBQ. Frequent grill changes made it nicer to keep the taste correctly. My service was fine, which didn’t seem the typical Unilocal reviewers ratings. The sides(kimchee and such) were delicious. My biggest gripe is that the prices are higher that I usually pay. Is this the best? Don’t know. It’s good. Is it the best value. Not for me. But if you want a clean place with good taste and willing to pay for it, then this is a good choice.

The food is good but the service is terrible. No matter how many times I wave to the 5 waitresses I saw, no one came except to take our order, deliver our food and bring the check. So I guess there is basic service. There were only 5 side dishes, few considering it’s a BBQ restaurant and the prices they charge. The my beef stone rice dish had literally 3 pieces of meet for $ 15.95.

The food was decent, considering this spot is in the middle of nowhere in las vegas. Definitely not for those who are craving real legit korean bbq but will definitely satiate the meat addicts. Unfortunately the service was not so favorable. The lady actually cracked a joke about friend which was quite rude and unprofessional. The servers weren’t tentative to the customers and seemed to be lacking the service aspect of their jobs. Not to be mean judgmental or mean but in all honesty, our service was terrible. Also the pricing per person was ridiculously expensive. But I can understand why, seeing how this is like the only all you can eat korean bbq spot in a 200 mile radius. Im not going to give this place a terrible review because I did in fact enjoy my food.

Let me start with the good… and the reason it squeezed by with 2 stars. The service was super friendly and attentive. That’s about the only positive thing I can say about this place. Admittedly, I do not have Korean BBQ frequently, but I have eaten it dozens of times on business trips in Korea. I decided it was time for me to introduce the family to Korean BBQ, and so I googled to find the best Korean BBQ in Vegas. Mother’s was on the top of a few lists, and so that’s where we went. Well… the long and short of it is that the food is basically inedible. We tried to pick our way around the fat and gristle on the steaks and then basically gave up on the chicken. If you are use to eating high quality meet, this is not you’re place… unless all you care about is good service.

By far the worst Korean food I have ever had. The environment felt dirty the meat smelt spoiled and just not good at all. Very sketchy and just horrible.

Great KBBQ meat choices but, bad service. My gf and I came in for KBBQ at 12:30AM. As soon as we were seated, we were told the kitchen closes at 1:30AM, and restaurant 2AM. We tried to order everything at once, so we wouldn’t hold them up from closing. After our first orders were out, our waitress never came back to check up on us. It became frustrating because we were the ONLYCUSTOMERS in the restaurant. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable to ask to order more food or water. Don’t dine here, there are other kbbq places with better service.

It’s pricey but in my opinion one of the best in Vegas for the core Korean menu. Very good meet, decent side dishes and some good soups /stews. For cheap, you can go for the all you can eat slop. For me, Yuk Gye Jang is the most inconsistently prepared dish and I like to use it as my Korean litmus test(I use chili rellenos for Mexican). They make a spectacular Yuk Gye Jang, easily the best I’ve had in the U.S. and better than most of what you can get in Korea. The Hae Mul Pa Jun was the best I’ve had in a decade. Most will have too much batter and turn out on the mushy side. They had the perfect balance such that there was just enough batter to hold together and cooked perfectly to provide a nice, lightly crisp texture around the fringe. A little soy sauce for dipping and BAM, you’re in Hae Mul heaven. My mother in-law ordered the Al Chi Gae and didn’t like it. I take her assessments with a huge grain of salt being from Ulsan … folks from wouldn’t know good food if their lives depended on it.

Looong wait even though there aren’t many customers in here. Ordered Tofu Pot/Sun Tobu and Bimbimbab(stone pot rice and veggie) the taste is just ok, not bad but about the same as every other Korean place. Easy parking in Chinatown.

Some reviews say that it is not a matter of pricey food in Las Vegas. That does not make sense at all.

Super duper pricey Korean food that isn’t even that good! Only because it’s in Vegas that they can charge this much. I mean… common, a pancake for $ 20 bucks? You can get that as part of a free appetizer back in LA! The soup was whatever too. No flavor and wasn’t that good. If I’m going to pay that much for food, I might as well go to a nice buffet in Vegas.

I believe this Korean BBQ restaurant has the best quality meat than any other place. However it is reflected on the price, about $ 30 per person for all you can eat. Each table will have a grill in the middle where your food will cook. The servers are very helpful with laying out the food on the grill for you, as most other places do not. It is located in the heart of China Town in the main shopping center where the entrance looks like a decorated Chinese entrance, it is on the first floor a few doors away from the 99 Market. The décor of the place has a modern flavor and sophistication.

The service ruined my whole experience! When we needed anything it took over 5 minutes to get server’s attention, and the place was empty! Other than myself and 2 friends there were 2 tables with 2 people each! I had a a good bipimbap with kimchi. I can’t say I would rave about it but it was good. I wanted spicier though. We had 5 side dishes provided and when we wanted explanation of each the server just ignored us. I almost feel she had very little English language but she was rude. Very rarely do I not leave 20 percent tips, but she left me no choice!

I would like to be honest about mothers, the food is good, service is ok, and the spot is clean. But the down fall is the fact that the prices for the #allyoucaneat is outrageous, and they also have a rule that each refill on the side dishes are 1.50 each? I’m not trying to be a negative nancy but if your charging 35 $ on #allyoucaneat, don’t you expect for the side dishes to be automatically free? I apologize but Mothers only deserves 2stars. #tofuhut #surabbq #honeypig

This is a Korean restaurant located in Chinatown. It’s okay, I would probably not consider this one of the better Korean places I’ve been to. The prices seem a bit high — three pork belly strips for $ 28? Also they charge $ 1.50 for any refill on bon chon dishes(side dishes) which is ridiculous because normally it’s free refills at any other Korean restaurant. The sesame oil/salt/chili powder sauce they gave was pretty good though. The bulgogi was all right but also kind of overpriced, like around $ 26 or so. Service is pretty much non-existent once you get your food.

This was my second time eating at this restaurant. It is a solid place for Korean BBQ. Nice décor, decent service, and good food. If you’re looking for the best«deal» on Korean BBQ… I would say Tofu Hut. If your looking for the best meat selection… I would say Honey Pig! Their honeycomb pork belly is ridiculously good! But for a solid experience… Mothers is a nice spot to eat!
