I came here with my boyfriend looking for a simple ring. This one Chinese jewelry consultant named Shen I think helped us out. He was super friendly and really focused on tailoring our needs. We didn’t end up getting anything, however, I would definitely recommend this store.

First and probably last time I will shop here. There were two clerks working. The first one told me everything was 35% off. Then the second clerk (maybe the manager?) would only give me 30% off and automatically charged me a $ 115 warranty fee which I didn’t want or request. When someone else walked in the store, she left me while ringing me up (at only 25% off!). What a scam.

Don’t get fooled by the friendly service they seem to offer here. I came here with my fiancé during our vacation and received help from the manager/​team leader, Lane Hagerdorn. He seemed pretty nice and offered great information on the wedding bands we were looking at for me. When we began to look at bands for my fiancé, he asked for her engagement ring and forced/​jammed it into a wedding ring guard without asking us for our permission to do so. As a result, he created deep scratches on both sides of her engagement ring, because you aren’t supposed to put a ring in a guard that wasn’t made specifically for it.
I didn’t realized it right away until my fiancé looked closely and discovered the damage. She was extremely disappointed and seeing the damage made me even more upset. We went back and confronted him for his careless act. He took a look, apologized (as if it wasn’t a big deal) and claimed that it would be an easy fix if only they had a buffering tool at their location. He did offer to have our engagement ring taken to our local Kay Jewelers Outlet and for them to send him the repair bill afterwards.
However, after this incident, I will never trust any jeweler touching her ring, especially if they work for Kay Jewelers. I just wanted to warn anyone who might run into a similar situation. Beware of this place!
