I’ve gone here a couple of times just to look around and everyone is always so nice and eager to help. Also, the store has a lot better lighting compared to other watch stores I’ve gone to. Everyone there greets me right as I walk in which was nice. A couple of weeks ago my fiancé and I were looking for a watch for her and the salesperson Cash helped us find the perfect watch. We came in not really having an idea of what we were looking for but Cash was patient and showed us different models and styles and explained features that we never knew existed in a watch. It made the whole process very exciting! After looking at a few models, she decided on a Aquaracer. The prices here are really the best we’ve seen compared to other stores. And they have so many different models to choose from. They also sized her watch for free. All in all, we couldn’t have had a better experience looking for a watch!

If you’re looking for a deal on a TAG, this is the place to go. But you have to know what you’re looking for. The selection here is relegated to older models that offer consistent value if you happen to visit at the right time. They seem to want to change their promotions every few weeks, either to keep you on your toes, or to just mess with you. The lesson here is that if there is an item on sale, take advantage because chances are it won’t be the same price next week. If it’s still in stock that is.(They often get 1 or 2 of the truly interesting pieces) The store, like the rest of the mall has a definite«outlet» vibe, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I was helped by a gentleman named«Cash»(not sure if that is his real name). He was very professional, and knowledgeable. A combination that is rare at the outlets, or any any watch store these days it seems. What really impressed me was the fact that I informed Mr. Cash that I was not going to purchase a watch that day. He nevertheless gave me his full attention and showed me several pieces at my behest. All in all, I think I spent about an hour and a half in the store, and not once did I get the feeling that Cash was losing interest in me as a client, despite the fact that he could have been helping any number of other people coming in an out of the store. As I mentioned, I didn’t buy anything that day, but I as I visit Vegas every month, I ended up getting a nice Monaco on the next trip… thanks to Cash.

Prices are great for watches that are discontinued. That is the only plus I would give this place. Only problem is you need someone to show you a watch. Always compare online as cheaper pricing can be found, but you can guarantee authenticity here. They do carry ZENITH which is hard to find. Here is the problem. Came in to buy a watch a couple months back. It was one of the most expensive ones in the store. NOONEWOULDHELPME. I wasn’t dressed in my Sunday best. Anyhow… I was so dis-satisfied, I walked out. I ended up buying the watch at another Tag outlet in California. Think twice about going in here.

I’ve had very good service at the store at the Dessert Hills but not at this particular store. I was in the process of checking out my purchase and being serviced by the manager, a gentleman came for service, the manager … Wes… that was servicing me proceeded to service the gentleman that just came in. I waited 5 minutes giving the benefit of the doubt that it’ll be real quick. Not the case. I walked out and I’m not coming back to this store again. He called an hour later and left a voicemail apologizing for his rude action. not to mention unprofessional. I will still keep coming to the Dessert Hills Outlet Tag for their great customer care. This breaks my heart since I’ve been a big fan of Tag for over 25 years.

Great store. They had prices on par with what I would expect in this market. The staff I talked with seemed knowledgeable and up to date with current markets and trends. I noticed they had some Zenith watches which were from last year, even some limited edition series watches. I asked about the prices on these as I had seen them discounted pretty heavily in other markets. I was told they ranged from 40% to 60% off. It was on par with other markets, the selection wasn’t quite as on par though. I suspect it is because of them being sold and the store cutting back on ordering them in. As far as the selection of Tag watches they had some great pieces in and some on sale which is good also if you are in the market.
