5 Stars for awesome customer service! I have finally gotten to write up this review for the great attitude that came to my during winter break! I walked into the store and was immediately greeted with a warm welcoming smile. One of the staff, her name was Roxy, she had such a positive attitude, and no problem catering to our needs. She answered every question we had and had so much patience with us, I love how the staff stops at nothing to make your worth while, great store!

The service level at Harry & David’s in the Premium Outlet South was extraordinary! Both Kaley and Shane went above normal expectation. They made me aware of all of the sales they had going on, and was proactive in assisting me with my shopping needs, and recommended items I didn’t even know they had. The part that separates them from standard customer service is that I told them that I don’t have a Harry & David in my area, so they allowed to take advantage of some discounts offers that I had to ensure I got the best price. Five stars for them, and the company for they great hiring standards.

I’ve never heard or been to this place before until my good friend mentioned it to me. I’m rating the service for 5 stars! The associate, Shane was very nice and helpful. Of course I had to sign up to be their rewards member. We wanted to sample the Raspberry Short Bread Cookie; however, it was not part of the tasting… BUT the ladies said we can and opened a box for us! It was delicious! Can’t wait to try other goodies!

Had not been to this place in years ! Shanique, Shane, and Jenny were so helpful and answered mine and my friends millions of questions. They let us try different things and were extremely friendly. I didn’t intend to purchase anything but I ended up spending a lot just based on how helpful they were.

I enjoyed just looking here — almost like I do when I go to Sur La Table. I did end up buying three canisters of tea, flavors that I can’t get anywhere else. Maybe this will be reason to come back to the Outlet Mall.
My experience with the staff was a bit different than Margaret’s review. The staff approached me with a sample of a yogurt covered pretzel and they were helpful when I asked questions about their teas.

This one is the other outlet store, but the salespeople are not really helpful and look like they really don’t want to be there. We’ve stopped going here. Great products, great brand. But the salespeople need to liven up, be a little more outgoing, and interact with the customers. Offer the customers a malt ball or something. We «reported» back to the manager at our favorite store @ Premium, and she even agreed with us– how sad. If you’re going, just buy what you want but don’t expect much from these salespeople. Hope that improves, down the line.
This further supports my belief that if you do not like people, do not get a job in customer service– simple as that. These people actually do a disservice by passing on their bad mood to other people– who knows how many other people, but that’s bad karma, magnified.
