Gymboree Outlet

Stopped by after work to return some Gymboree clothes that my grandmother mailed to me. Upon entering the store and unloading my box of items the girls at the counter tell me that can’t accept my return because they don’t carry my items. Because they ate an outlet they can’t take Gymboree returns, even though they ARE Gymboree. Will be making sure I tell my grandmother to never send me clothes from this corporate store again.

I shop at Gymboree a lot back home, I absotuley love their selection of socks for babies and toddlers! They are the only ones I know that do not fall off. Anyway, went to this location and upon entering the store was not busy. There was about three other moms shopping around. Was not greeted by anyone. Ok. Kept walking around looking for socks. Still not acknowledged by anyone. I found a wall full of socks that happen to be on clearance! I could not believe the price tag, 0.97 and 1.97! I got 5 pairs of 2T/​3T socks and head to the register. There was two people being rung up so I waited a bit. When I was called by the cashier who made no eye contact with me what so ever, I walked to her and she stated that the clearance socks where «final sale» which I replied that, that was perfect and I knew the policy well. After ringing me up in pure silence, she kept my receipt for a good minute highlighting everything that said «final sale» and their policy. She literally read the whole receipt when highlighter crazy and finally gave me the receipt. I’m just visiting, but I know I will never return to this Gymboree. The cashiers where less than helpful, friendly or welcoming. I love deals but highly believe in customer service either making the experience great or making me never want to return. As for others who walked in while I was browsing no one got greeted either. So 2 stars, 1 because I have to and 1 for the great deals!

Gymboree has cute clothes that are well made and durable but they are all pretty pricey, especially buying for toddlers. I only visit when I have GymBucks to spend. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. You can get great deals if you hit their clearance section at the right time though.

I think that the items here are a little pricey. The employees are always helpful. It can get difficult to get assistance when it gets busy.
Make sure you look out for clearance items because thats where you get the most bang for your buck.
