We returned to Vegas to celebrate my wife and my 15th wedding anniversary. We chose to go to Delmonico Steakhouse because when we first began dating our first real date was at Emeril’s in Vegas. We booked a reservation via open table for 5 pm, we arrived around 4:30 and was told they would begin seating at 5 and we could wait in their lounge area. Our servers were Ryan and Anthony and they did a spectacular job making us feel welcome and catering to our needs. I had the bone in Rib Eye and my wife ordered the Rack of Lamb both were dialectic and cooked how we ordered them. We also had the creamed spinach and fingerling potatoes. The creamed spinach was very good. To top it off because I had mentioned it being our anniversary on OpenTable when I booked the reservation we were surprised to receive a special little tasting to begin our dining experience and a scoup of their chocolate gellato for dessert. Overall it was a great evening to remember.

I have had steaks @ many great steakhouses the bone in rib eye is by far the best I’ve ever had. My wife ordered the salmon and it was excellent. We ordered corn and fingerling potatoes as sides. Both were good but wish I would have gotten something other than the fingerling potatoes. Overall great service, amazing steak & salmon highly recommend!

Hands down the best salmon I’ve ever had. Salmon on top of hash with andouille sausage! Our server was professional and had a great sense of humor. We had a party of 6 on a Saturday night, and they seated us very quickly. My wife had the Piedmontese filet mignon. Cooked to perfection. The twice baked potato was a great side choice. It’s pricy, but worth every penny. It’s good to splurge every once and a while on good food, and this is the place spend that money.

Good but not great for a high end steakhouse. Atmosphere = B– Nice tables and comfy chairs, did not care for the child crying in the distance and the place is a little small. Food = C+ Crab cake app was good but not $ 20 good. Popup bread very good. Bone in rib eye was good but not as good as other high end steak houses in the area. Twice baked potato was excellent. The Banana Cream Pie looks much better than it actually is(taste like cold banana but nothing else). Watier = B+ Friendly and responsive wait staff.

I’m almost always skeptical of anything with a celebrity chef’s name because they’re almost always underwhelming. Those types of establishments require that celebrity chef to attach their name to drive new customers. In this business(which I’m far from expert, but know what I like), it’s word of mouth that should ultimately drive good cuisine. My father told me to come here while I was in town and I’m so glad that I did. Vegas is full of traps and this one was not a trap at all, and if it was a trap I wandered in willingly. The«Book of Whisky» is MASSIVE. Largest whisky/single malt/irish/worldwide whiskey list I’ve ever seen. I partook in a nice Yamazaki 12(world renowned shit) and felt adventurous and tried an Amrut from India which was delectable and spicy as well. The STEAK. I put it up there with Toro Toro as #1/#2 of all time. Flavorful, crunchy char, a nice butter sauce that only Emeril himself can probably cook up, and the service to match. I sat at the bar and my server was knowledgeable, attentive, and would come around the bar to take care of me which was unnecessary, but appreciated. Great ambience as well, very low key for Vegas, and elegant. My new MUSTDINE spot in Vegas. Will be back forever.

Want a true VIP experience? Try the chef’s table here. We had the greatest experience here for my birthday. Chef came to the table and explained each course he had specially prepared for us. We brought our own wine and champagne but I believe you can order it there as well.

I don’t leave a 5 star review if it’s not deserved. Boy do they deserve a 5 star review! I had the 8oz fillet and it was just perfection! The flavor, how it was grilled a perfect medium! You have to try your steak with their red wine reduction! The wife wanted salmon with lobster sauce which they don’t offer. Did they say sorry we don’t have lobster sauce? NO! They said we will be happy to make you a creamy lobster sauce and she said it was the best she had ever eaten. Now coming from my wife, that’s saying something! She is the pickiest eater in the world! And salmon is a tricky fish to grill because it dries out fast and it was juicy and moist as hell!(I had to try a bite) and they used huge chunks of main lobster in the sauce! ATNOEXTRACHARGE!!! The garlic mash(or as they call it, smashed) potato was good and the BBQ shrimp app was really good also. Bottom line, you would be a fool not to try this place out. It was well worth the $ 145 we spent there!!!

I’ve been wanting to come here for years. My husband and I like to try steak houses around Las Vegas and this one had been on our list for a while. He decided to take me for Mother’s Day this year. It actually wasn’t as great as I expected. I heard so many great things about this place but I would give it an «OK.» It’s good, but we have been to better steak houses. I ordered the bone in ribeye. It was cooked perfectly though. Kudos to the chef. The best part was dessert! The pecan pie was delish! I probably wouldn’t come back here again, though. There’s other places that I enjoy much more for the same price.

I hear about all these places that is voted number one for this reason or that reason. Some have titles as «the best steak house on the north end of town». Any time a variable is add to the title I usually questions it. But when I found we had seats at This place I went to google. «Best steakhouse in Vegas» I read with no extra words to misled the public. Now I’m ready. First thing i noticed is the low lighting and Elegant atmosphere. First glance you would think this place is strictly for high rollers with a private jet parked across the street. However it wasn’t a strict dress code. I saw customers with tailored suits as we’ll as shorts and polo shirts. My suggestion would be to step it up a little bit simply because you are in Vegas. I will not talk about the price of the meal because when I used Unilocal to checking I got a high rollers badge. That means his place is very expensive. Let’s just say it was 12 of us and the bill was over $ 1200 dollars. I ordered a drink called«THEBRONTESISTERS» that came to the table in a mid Evil looking copper glass. Then I order another and another. Best drink I’ve ever had. Beware there isn’t any prices on the drink menu but these babies run about 16 bucks. Yikes(disclaimer: I had a good day at the crap tables so I could splurge a bit) For started I ordered an Emeril Lagasse BBQ Shrimp with fresh baked Rosemary biscuit. The biscuits was very small but so freaking tasteful. After all the shrimp was devoured I was left with this amazing sauce on the bottom of the plate. If I didn’t care if people looked at me like a homeless man with his first meal I would’ve licked the plate. No lie it was that good. When the waiter took my plate with all that sauce left I felt like i violated a crime in flavor town. Now the real reason I’m writing this review THEBONEINDRYAGEDRIBEYE. lord have mercy on my taste buds. Best steak ever. All that needs to be said. This is the drop the mic moment and walk off stage.

We hosted our wedding night dinner at Delmonicos. They took great care of all 11 of us. Great wine suggestions, the accomodated the kids and anticipated their needs by putting the sauce on the side in case the kids didn’t like it. The level of service is pretty spectacular but when you add the quality and flavor of the food… wow! From the appetizers to dessert it was perfect. I was expecting small food portions but we all had leftovers!

I went to Vegas most recently having made reservations at Delmonico ahead of time. This is my 6th Emeril restaurant to visit. The French style of serving is charming, as always, and the management at this location were eager to please. We felt a bit rushed at the beginning when our salads arrived seemingly almost immediately after we ordered, but they slowed the pace at our request so that we could savor the experience. Neither of us were disappointed in our food, and the dessert was quite good. The barbeque shrimp, if you’ve never had it, is definitely worth ordering. But nothing left us talking about it afterword… While Delmonico is not going to leave you hungry, it may not leave you marveling, either.

Hard to write this review because I will say my rib eye steak was done to perfection. Well-seasoned, cooked perfectly. Tender and flavorful meat. That’s where the compliments stop. We also ordered a side of broccoli to share and some au gratin potatoes. The broccoli at $ 9 was just horrifying. It’s all the reasons that children don’t want to eat their vegetables. I think it started with an awful product. The broccoli itself was not only lacking in freshness, it was limp and flavorless. It could not have been good broccoli to begin with. It seemed as if it was frozen and then heated up slightly as it was mushy. It was also underwhelming with seasoning of any sort. Surprising from a restaurant of this caliber. Why bother selling broccoli when it was so disgusting. The au gratin potatoes were good. These at least had salt and were not overly cheesy. I give them a B. As for service, it was OK. I realize hard to do good service with large parties. I will tell you that even though the server made up for it in the end, there was a big problem. I ordered a side of foie gras. It appeared on the table in front of me and then at some point in the service, someone from the wait staff came over and took it away from me so quickly, I didn’t even have a chance to ask about it. Perplexed, I asked our server. He apologized and tried to get a new order on my table asap and he took it off the bill. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the foie that came to me. It was cold in the middle and uninteresting. Let me tell you that cold foie is not good. Disappointing on all fronts.

«Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whiskey is barely enough» — M. Twain Loaded with more whiskey than most whiskey drinkers will ever try, I think Delmonico still boasts the largest selection of whiskey in Vegas… I know they did in the recent past. Either way, there are a plethora of whiskey options to elevate your safe, Emeril, food choices while at Delmonico. Delmonico is also home to a fantastic craft cocktail program… seriously one of the best in town… and also the reason that you should visit every so often. This as actually rather troublesome for me because given their range of whiskeys I’m forced to choose between flights whiskey, pours of favorites that you can’t find most places and excellent craft cocktails… and the craft cocktails include every type of spirit, so even the problematic non-whiskey lovers can enjoy something amazing. Suffice it to say, Delmonico is home to 5 star adult beverages with typical 3.5 star Emeril Lagasse food.

My boyfriend and I had NYE dinner at Delmonico and loved it! We chose this place because they were one of the few restaurants that had their regular menu on NYE. The atmosphere is very classy and romantic with fairly dim lights. The service was good. Our waiter did his job quite well. The food was very good. We got their Bone In Ribeye which was massive. Very juicy and tender and perfectly seasoned. My bf loved it. I got their BBQ Salmon and it was so good! I recommend this dish! Esp since its a dish you can’t get anywhere else but here! Definitely get it if you like salmon! For sides we got their creamed spinach and fingerling potatoes. Both were good! I loved the garlic that accompanied the potatoes. Nom Nom. We ended the night with Banana Cream Pie which was so good! Best banana cream pie ever! Definitely loved Delmonico and will be back!

I don’t even know where to begin. I had my first chef’s table experience EVER here and ITWASBEYONDAMAZING!!! It was quite pricey, but it was a very memorable dinner to say the least. I truly felt special being lead to a private room in the kitchen of the restaurant to dine with good company! We had blinds to cover our space from the rest of the restaurant, even had our own music in our own room! Being able to peer into the kitchen and watch the staff prep and cook while we eat alone already had a super cool factor to it!!! I highly recommend it for anyone that is willing to splurge on a nice private wine and dinner pairing. Our chef(Chef Erwin) and sommelier(Dylan) for the night were fantastic and every course/pairing I had was an absolute delight to my tasting palette. Some of my favorites from the night were the truffle and parmesan chips, pork chops, steak, and dessert(esp the banana cream pie, and chocolate decadence cake, butter cake, and flan!). I’m sure whoever your chef is for the night won’t disappoint. This chef’s table beyond exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier to recommend this experience to anyone. Dooooo it!!!

I’ve been to this location twice over the years. This is located in Palazzo in the walkway towards the venetian. Both times i ordered the bone-in rib eye, and both times it was pretty good. This latest time i ordered Medium-Rare, but it was definitely more on the medium side. I should have been more upset it wasn’t cooked exactly how i wanted it, but it was still good. For dessert, i was pretty excited to try the Banana Cream Pie, but it was pretty average. It had A LOT of bananas and didn’t really blow me away with flavor. It was like eating a big banana with whip cream. I probably wouldn’t get it again. The service was pretty good, but i wish they didn’t sit us right next to the kitchen entrance. It gets annoying to have people constantly walking by you with food and dishes.

My experience at Delmonico was fabulous in every way. Service(especially with my large group) was superb. My last visit was my second time dining here. I must say, both of my visits have been an outstanding five-star dining extravaganza. The restaurant was bustling for the Global Gaming Expo this past fall. We had reservations and were seated right away at a large table to accommodate our group of 9 guests. We were seated off the main dining room in a dimply lit secluded area that helped enhanced conversation and provided a more intimate dining experience. We were promptly served our craft cocktails and wine as we browsed the menu for our dinner options. We all had a really tough time deciding on the dishes since everything looked and sounded incredible. Out waitress was on top of her game and cheerfully provided her recommendations to the group. We ended up ordering a mix of entrees/sides/starters/cocktails/wine and sweets including a handful of Bone-In Rib-eyes(check out the photo– holy guacamole.) Bone-In NY Strips, Twice Baked Potatoes, Asparagus, Wild Mushrooms, Potato Au Gratin, Lobster Bisque, Wedge Salads with blue cheese crumbles, Banana Cream Pie, and coffee to top it off. My guests and I were blown away by the food and service experience. Our favorite dish of the night was, you guessed it, the Bone-In Rib-eye steaks. They were seasoned perfectly with an awesome rub with hints of Cajun inspiration and topped with dab of butter. Yum. It is the best steak I’ve had to date. Simply divine! The sides were large and intended to be shared and passed. We enjoyed the classic steak and potato combos and broke it up with some mixed green salads, asparagus and mushrooms. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted heavenly. We stuffed ourselves in a Thanksgiving fashion and had a wonderful and memorable evening. I will undoubtedly be returning for another amazing experience in the future! Kudos to the entire staff for making this an amazing dining experience!

Very proper waiting on you, we were one of the first to arrive. Food was excellent, most steak houses of this caliber are – if you’re looking for a typical wine and dine situation this is the place. Ambiance was nice but nothing memorable.

My husband and I ate here for Thanksgiving dinner and really enjoyed our meal. I’ve eaten at many steakhouses in the area and I find that each one has their own unique style. Delmonico’s interior isn’t highly decorated or cluttered, just a simple and clean look. I liked the simplicity. Our waiter and his team were very attentive. Water glasses were constantly filled, plates cleared efficiently, and service moved smoothly. They were all very professional. The meal begins with popovers that are both soft and flavorful. I began my meal with the Wilted Spinach and Frisee salad. It was anything, but the usual frisee salad because every ingredient was taken to the next level. The bacon vinaigrette had a nice smoky bacon flavor which was tossed in just the right amount with the spinach. The candied bacon was amazing. They perfectly balanced the sweet and salty. The egg on top was cooked to perfection. All of the flavors worked so well together. It was hard to order something other than steak, but it was Thanksgiving so I had to have my traditional dinner. The Thanksgiving dinner didn’t disappoint and was a very generous portion. The turkey was very moist and flavorful. The plate had a nice mix of white and dark meat. Under piles of turkey was a moist, delicious cornbread stuffing. A delicious gravy was drizzled over the turkey and stuffing. There was a small side of green beans, but those were not the best thing on the plate as they were a stringy and mushy. My husband and I split a Twice Baked Potato because you have to have potatoes on Thanksgiving. I’m glad we split because it was definitely enough for two. The potato was flavorful and covered in a nice cheese layer. For dessert I had the Pecan Pie and my husband had the Thanksgiving dessert special. My Pecan Pie was served like a tart in a small round, flaky crust. The crust was buttery and flaky. I don’t like crust usually, but this was very good. There was plenty of gooey pecan filing and a nice heap of ice cream on top. My husband’s special dessert was a trio of pumpkin cheesecake, bread pudding, and ice cream. This kind of fell flat. Nothing had much flavor and was certainly not the best representation of the dessert menu. I can’t wait to return and try more of the regular menu items.

Wow! New favorite spot in Vegas. The Bone-in Ribeye is a lot of steak for the money, we’ll marbled, and cooked to a perfect«rare-medium-rare.» It was so damn good, but I had to cut and give away slivers around the table. I could’ve easily split that plate with a salad and the fried oyster app(which was eerily reminiscent of Commanders Palace in N.O.) I had a bite of the salmon with that sweet chili BBQ sauce which was buttery soft and very tasty. It was a nice contrast to the Fred Flintstone size steak. I also tried some of the grilled cheese dipped into the Tomato Bisque. Whoa, what a rush of flavors. The cream spinach was really good. More texture from the spinach than usual with the perfect balance of cream. Asparagus had just the right texture too. How will I eat dessert? Banana Cream Pie, that’s how. IT’S DIVINE! You must try it. Polly and Marie be damned. This tall towering pie can be shared 3 or 4 ways, but you must go vertical. Cut a slab, drag it through the caramel sauce, slather it with cream, and throw it on your plate. Don’t leave here without a cross-section of all its layered goodness. Look how happy my friend Lauren P. from San Diego was when it came. Coming back fo sho. Emeril, you kick ass. BAM!
