The Cricket on Rainbow are excellent. Had to change phones and as I walked in the door Maria greeted me. Maria was so helpful and friendly. I walked out happy and felt like all my questions were answered. Customer Service needs more people like Maria.

If I could give a minus-​numeric I would. The staff is cordial, but woefully ignorant as to what their products can actually produce. I bought a Moto G (eek, again… don’t buy) and it worked for almost 24 hrs… then the screen went black. never to return. I bought it on line (big savings even bigger mistake). They told me since I bought it on line I would have to mail it back to them. 10 days no phone or I would have to pay their exorbitant fees to get a new one in a timely manner. Suffice to say I really didn’t want another one… not at lot of faith in the product. I waited 25 min. at time on the «warranty» line at the store since I THOUGHT my old ph. would not work. I got cut off 3 times just when I thought I was getting the matter resolved. I finally gave up went home and tried my old phone… IT WORKED, at least to call their 611, but then waited 25 min. (seems to be a standard) and got cut off again. Luckily I got through to one of the Neanderthals at the warranty and they sent me a UPS return label. Said I could use «buyers remorse» as a reason. LOL the only thing they did not totally obfuscate (hoping).still waiting to see just how much they refund to my c.c. for a phone that only worked a «millisecond» As one very astute reviewer said «you get what you pay for».on top of eveything else in March I would have had to get a new phone due to the fact that my perfectly working Samsung cheapy was not good enough for their new take over company. discreetly hidden as AIO — translation AT&T…been there done that. Also most everything is outsourced with this company… good luck if you do not heed this review. Needless to say, I went to Best Buy and got another cheapy phone that is working fine… T-​Mobile so far not bad
