Chipotle Mexican Grill

That don’t impress me much! I was disappointed with my last visit. One of my boy toys brought me here for a quick lunch while running errands. I ordered a chicken bowl that was sparse. I ordered a flour tortilla on the side wrapped in foil. I had to ask that they reheat it. They gave me a replacement that was hot, resolved.
The food is fresh, I just don’t think the consistency is as good at this location compared to others.

Letting sick employee stay and contaminate people’s food. Chipotle management is retarded. Chipotle is on my NEVER list

Straight garbage. I had gift certificates so searched the chipotle w the highest rating. As a chef i was sickened. Rude service. No pride in their food. I asked for the fresh steak i saw being chopped behind the lady and she said «NO ITS THE SAME THING» so i told her no, i want the fresh stuff. She proceeds to dump the old meat on top of the new, I NEARLY LOST IT. couldn’t believe how gross and rude that was. I give up on chipotle COMPLETELY.

Love chipotle. This location is very clean and lots of seating, the food was fresh as well. The service was not great. The emoloyees were slow and disorganized. A long wait when there was only 3 people ahead of me.

It’s insane how consistently poor the service is at this location. The line always moves slow, there is never anyone at the register, the soda machine is constantly broken, and they frequently run out of ingredients. The last two times I’ve visited they were out of brown rice, this time they are also out of the corn salsa and other ingredients. I go here out of convenience but am going to start driving an extra ten minutes to visit Chipotle. The manager ought to be embarrassed by the way this location operates.

This has to be the friendliest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I was greeted, not once, not twice, but 3 times walking in the door! Every employee had smiles on their faces as I placed my order.
I typically get a burrito bowl to go with white rice, chicken, veggies, sour cream, corn, pico and guac. Today was no different, and it was awesome. I would highly recommend this Chipotle over another random one in the valley.

Used to be the only Chipotle I’d go to. Food is good but they like to skimp on the cheese, meat, rice, and guac. Okay they skimp on everything. All of them do. I think all Chipotle’s should offer more food/​guacamole for what they charge. It’s too much. They should give a little more bang for your buck.
This particular restaurant has messed up on my dad’s order several times, but that’s a review for another day.

Nothing really special about this branch. But they do a good job overall. With new employees there is always some variability as to the amount of ingredients they put in but nothing a friendly reminder won’t fix ;)
The ingredients are always fresh and the facility is always clean.

After I informed the staff that all the tables were dirty, nothing was cleaned in the time it took us to eat, about 20 minutes. Others just cleaned the tables themselves, not a single employee came out to even check.
There were 6 people behind the counter and one person cooking in the back. Business was brisk, but not to the point of being overwhelming. They ran out of fajitas vegetables and it took over 8 minutes to get more.
Poor leadership and poor planning on the part of management.
Very unimpressed with this location.

I need a Chipotle fix about once a week! Love the service here, always willing to make it just the way I want it! Love that it is all non-​gmo and red peppers, yah! Chips and salsa are the best! There’s a reason they have a line sometimes, food and service is great! Best fast food Mexican in my book!

I placed on online order at 6pm tonight for a 6:30 pm pickup. I ordered a veggie bowl via the app. I picked my food up at about 6:35 and I had to leave to get back to school in time. When I got to school and opened the container, my bowl looked disgusting. The lettuce was wilted and the guacamole was BROWN. I scraped most of it off to eat the rest but brown avocado tastes horrible and it permeated through the whole dish. The corn salsa was tough, due to undercooked corn. I paid $ 7.00 for food that I took a few bites of and had to throw away.
I tried calling the store number on the receipt but I could not get anyone to pick up the phone.
I don’t eat at Chipotle often, but this pretty much turned me off for good.

Got here and line was going super slow. The shift I ordered in had to be the slowest Chipotle workers I have ever seen. Out of barbacoa, which I have never experienced. So I had to wait 15 minutes or get something else. I got the last scoop of the Brown Guac, which I was surprised they would even serve to a guest. The kitchen people were shouting out some chant in the back which was very unprofessional. The only professional I saw there was the man who was grilling. He was a very nice Asian young man who was very professional. This is not what I expect from a Chipotle. Felt like I was fishing bullets in the Matrix. When I was paying the lady at the counter said. Is their anything you are waiting for? as she charged my card. I said, yes. I’m waiting for you. WTF was that about …

This is a convenient location with decent service, but there were a few glitches during my visit.
The first girl who helped me was very nice and I put my order in with her but then another girl stepped in. She seemed to be attempting to expedite the orders but all she succeeded in doing is confusing everyone and making it take longer.
Since I had already made my requests with the first girl it was a little annoying that she required me to reiterate my order with her. She misheard me and ended up putting the wrong proteins in my order. When I told her about the mistake she seemed annoyed and then the whole line got discombobulated as they had to redo my order and couldn’t figure out how to expedite that while handling all the orders behind me.
Once they got everything back on track things went smoothly but I was a little perturbed about her attitude.
Food was decent once I got it home and everyone but that one particular employ was fine.

Considering chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat, I’ve been able to frequent many locations in the Las Vegas area. The location on Ft. Apache is by far one of the best not only for freshness but also for service.
Chips are essential to any «bowl» and they have never disappointed unlike other locations who tend to run out of chips later on in the evening. Not only are they well stocked among other things but they have the friendliest of employees. Everyone from the beginning of the line to the cashier were extremely friendly! Particularly Riqo!
Keep up the great work Ft. Apache Chipotle! :)

Very friendly location! The workers here seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, or at least put on a good attitude about it — even during busy lunch time. Got my order quickly and correctly. The inside is a little small but I always take it to go, so that doesn’t impact my view on this one.
I actually tried the tofu here and it’s not that bad. Plus when I went, I got a coupon for a free burrito because I tried it. Not too shabby.

I hate lines, I hate telling people over a glass wall what I want but I craved mexican food and wanted something that was close to my house so I ordered online to save time and stress. I ordered it at 12:45 and it said pick-​up would be ready at 1:15 so I arrived at 1:10. Not only was the burrito COLD but, it wasn’t even what I ordered!

Can someone please explain how this is acceptable? It was also cold which means they must have made it within 3 minutes and it was sitting there the entire time. Now here is what really makes me mad. I don’t eat steak, not by choice, I just can’t because when I eat red meat it makes me sick like food poisoning sick so the fact that they put steak in my burrito just crossed the line. What a waste of time and money spent.
Also, that $ 2 soda I paid for was DISGUSTING which I should have known after I placed my cup under the «Coke Zero» only to find out it was flat Sprite, probably should have tasted the «regular Coke» before leaving the location but I was hungry and just wanted to get back home to finish my lunch and then get back to work.
I honestly will never be stepping inside any chipotle ever again after this experience. This totally makes me laugh at those who want minimum wage to be $ 15 a hour when they can’t even do a simple job right. So disappointed.

The new Sofritas (tofu mixed with spicy peppers) tacos are pretty tasty. I added 2 kinds of salsa, pico & corn to mine to bulk them up. Fresh is the name of the game at Chipotle, and is also why this place is usually busy.
Once you make it to place your order, the line moves quickly. They have the options of burrito, bowl or tacos with the meat & veggie choices, and then you customize your desired toppings.

Fills me up!
If you’re hungry this place will definitely fill you up with the large burritos and my pick the naked bowl. I like choosing my own toppings and the food is fresh. The lines seem to go by quickly as well.
I gave it a 3 because the food isn’t always consistent and a chain like this should be. Sometimes the chicken is on the dry side or the rice has been overcooked. I hope these things can be worked out because the fresh concept is a great one.

One of the stingiest Chipotle I have ever been to!!! Our group of 4 arrived in Vegas and were in a rush to grab dinner. We stopped by Chipotle and we were jipped! I got a bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, chicken, mild & medium salsa, corn and lots of lettuce. The first girl doing the tortilla/​rice/​veggies was STINGY AS F. She spread out the rice so much while only giving you a little to begin with and she gave me about 5. literally thats FIVE pieces folks, of the fajita veggie mix. Really? I didn’t even want to bother. The party behind us saw our orders and mentioned to the workers they would pay for extra meat and etc after seeing the amounts they gave us!
Luckily the lettuce girl and cashier were nice so they get +1 star. Ugh.
