FANTASTIC service! Called them for a broken icemaker in our frig. Alex was at our house in 45 minutes! He had to run and get a part after seeing what the problem was but he had it fixed within an hour. We told him we were moving soon and he gave up suggestions how to safely move the frig. I asked if the company also repaired garbage disposals as that was also not working. He took a look at it and had THAT fixed in a quick minute and didn’t charge us for it! Not sure why they got such bad reviews from others, because we will CERTAINLY recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much!

Call someone else! Called for AC service today and the tech came over and after a few minutes told me compressor wouldnt turn on and whole unit needed to be replaced for $ 3800. Called another company and had refrigerant topped off for $ 231 and AC works fine now (including untouched compressor)! There’s a ton of scumbag AC companies in Vegas but the top-​rated ones on Unilocal actually seem to care about quality service.

just had them over to my house last night to repair an air conditioner. The technician said it couldn’t be repaired. needed either a new compressor that would cost $ 2800 to or $ 3000 for a new unit. told them I would get a second opinion. legacy air came out and replaced the capacitor for $ 180. it’s running great now, no thanks to certified appliance.
