ASAP Security

If you’re looking for a home security company, do not go with this one. We had this company for 2 years, and had to call them numerous times to try to get them to come out and replace a cell phone battery, which the system ran on. When they finally did come, we thought we were just signing an invoice for service. Instead it turned out to be a contract, adding an additional 3 years onto our contract. At no time were we told that we were signing a contract, or we wouldn’t have signed it! Since we weren’t getting good customer service, we wanted to cancel our agreement after our original contract was up. After trying to cancel, we were told that we had signed for that additional 3 years, and now we’re stuck with poor customer service for another 1 ½ years! Do not do business with this company; they use tricks to keep their customers, while doing as little as possible for them.

These people are an absolute joke and should be embarrassed to call themselves an alarm company!!! They do service calls and make you sign the service agreement and don’t tell you that it locks you into an additional 3yr contract without even telling you that. We called to have their horrible service cancelled because of the lack of it!!! They said we still had about 6 – 7 months left on the contract until we could end it but they will send someone out to service our equipment until then and we sign what we think is a service agreement and it becomes a contract!!!
These people treat their home owner customers much different than their commercial and if you want terrible and unresponsive service because the women running the office seems to be totally incompetent and constantly forgets to follow up on customers then go with ASAP!!!
We are now being told to pay the 80% remaining on their bogus contract that we were tricked into signing to steal and cheat good people out of their money cause they have good ethics and morals, not!!! This is the problem with small company like this that it can’t be trusted and are nothing more than scam artist!!!

These guys are top notch. I am one of the owners of a local HVAC company here in Las Vegas. Our goal is to keep our customers happy no matter what. Part of that is making sure you are only using the best available vendors when needed. ASAP security is one of these vendors. We had a comercial client who had 12 of 18 units vandalized. This client considered using security cages, but the fact that many of these make it hard to perform service on the equipment they are meant to protect coupled with the fact that it is usually relatively easy to disable them with a sawzall or boltcutters, she decided to use a sensor system which ASAP installed for them. The cost was competitive, and was a much better option than the security cages.
ASAP’s tech’s are professional, and their customer service is top notch.
Conclusion? Obviously we highly recommend them!
