Al Phillips The Cleaner

Every time I go in there’s a young girl with a crappy attitude. It’s very unwelcoming when you enter a place and they don’t say «hello» or «welcome». When I entered this time I gave her a few moments to say something but nothing. I said hi and she just asks me for my phone number. Idk if it’s because her and what seems like her boyfriend (who just sits on a chair every other time I come in) are arguing or what but she obviously does not want to be there! Hopefully they get better staffing because the short minutes that I’m in the business are not welcoming at all.

I have gone to this dry cleaners twice in 1 week, and both times have given me negative results
I just got promoted, so I went to get new stripes sewn on my uniform. I dropped off a total of 5 tops, and the total ended up being nearly 100 dollars. This is ridiculously over priced compared to other places I have been, and the fact that they did not tell me how much it was going to be when I dropped off the uniforms does not help
2^nd time I went I dropped off my comforter to get a repair on it, (I dropped this off the day after dropping off my uniforms so I was still unaware) they said it would be done the following day, when I go to pick it up they said it still was not done, so I come back the following day and get the same thing, that it still was not done. I come back 2 days after that only to find out that they had lost my comforter, and the lady was going to try and track it down. It gets found and she says come back 2 or 3 days after that. Today I go and pick it up only to find out that they never even did the repair, because it was «too damaged» (one corner was ripped and I specified that the patch didn’t have to match anywhere near perfectly I just wanted it covered) found another place who fixed it on spot.
I will NEVER come back here, I don’t care that it is only 2 minutes from my house I will go somewhere that is not going to over charge me, or lose my things.

Terrible service and they constantly screw up the order. I pay extra money each year to be a vip because I have so much dry cleaning and laundering of suits and shirts each week. And, despite that, my order is almost invariably prepared incorrectly.
Terrible! First time I brought custom suits in they somehow lost some custom tags attached and they never ever ever have my shirts done right.
Carmen the manager constantly apologies for getting my order wrong but the company seems unwilling or unable to teach their employees how to tag and intake an order correctly.
If any other dry cleaning boxed shirts in LV I would gladly go elsewhere.
All excuses NO customer service.

328 VNP. The license plate of the al Phillips van that tried so hard to cut me off in a merge lane that they actually drove outside the road lane markers to do so. I definitely will not use this service if they employ people that cut corners when driving to the point of being dangerous.

I tried to use the Unilocal offer for 25% off dry cleaning and they refused it. I also got my dry cleaning back dirty.
The next day: The manager just called and apologized for the employee that did not give me my discount. She said she would credit my card the discounted amount. It’s nice to see that people do care about giving good service, even after the transaction!
I changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star.
I plan to go back now.

Friendly staff and quality work couldn’t ask for more. Very happy with our experience at this dry cleaner!

We moved to this area about 18 months ago and have been taking our dry cleaning and laundry here since then. We used to go to Fazio in Summerlin, who were usually friendly. From the first visit to Al Phillips at this location, the staff have been a little surly, but our last visit will be our last. We had a larger amount of items to drop off than normal which seemed to upset the younger lady working there to the point that she refused to look at me, or even answer questions– I just got a sigh or raised eyebrows when I pointed out a spot that needed attention. When my husband went to pick up today, the same employee was there and gave aggressive, heavy sighs indicating that she was being inconvenienced by him being there. Cleaning — no problem– service terrible. Particularly as the prices are higher than competitors…

This was the worst place I have ever gone for dry cleaning!!! I can not believe the prices they charge for dresses!!! They are a complete rip off and didn’t even do that good of a job, DON’T EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ASS RAPED BY SUCH HIGH PRICES!!!

Overall, nice place with friendly employees and quality service. A little more expensive than most places at $ 12 a dress! But they did a great job, so i would go back again.
