I have been coming to this location for years, although I have just recently had a need again for dry cleaning services, so I have come back. Some of the staff has changed, but they have always been pleasant and friendly. I started using Al Phillips because they are consistent. They may be a little spendy, but your dry cleaning will be ready when they say it will be. I was using the dry cleaning vendor at work because it was cheep and easy and I could leave my uniform at work and pick it up where I got back to work, at least in theory. After the 3rd time I arrive to work & my uniform wasn’t there I had to bail on them. If the customer service changes not that I am back at this location I will be sure to update my review.

Brought my cotton shirts for washing and ironing. They charged me $ 7.25 each. This was the dry cleaning price instead of washing price of $ 2.95. How do I prove that I told them wash not dry cleaning?

I reluctantly dropped my husbands pants and shirts off for service. Knowing they charge an exorberant $ 7 to drycleaner pants, I showed the manager my 25% off coupon from THEIRWEBSITE. Needing them back same day, I new I would have to pay a little more than the $ 2.25 at Flairs Cleaners. $ 3 more for my laziness… OKAY. AGAIN, when I pick them up, the price I expected to pay is NOT what I’m told I have to: «Sorry… We stopped taking electronic coupons and have to have paper ones now. The manager should have told you». This Is the THIRD time this has happened. NOW I AM Upset… There has to be something done about this. For one. I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again. The BAITANDSWITCH laws must apply to these low life cleaners also, right? I will be looking into this and filing a complaint or suit… This is absolutely ridiculous. Because my only alternative? «You don’t have to pick them up»… Sure IDIOTS; you’d like that wouldn’t you? Your establishment is NOTTHE«BESTOFVEGAS». Because If that is true… This town is nothing like I thought. Stay clear of them. Or insist on PRE-PAYING. That’s what I’m doing everywhere I go. You’re not holding my clothes hostage anymore!

Having relocated and moved away from my previous cleaners, I dropped off a two piece suit for dry cleaning. $ 15.00 for two pieces is way too high, especially when I used to get it done $ 5.00 with same day service. I haven’t been to Al Phillips in years and don’t plan to return again. Their prices would indicate they have cornered the market and have a monopoly. That is not the case. Many other places to chose from in the area. I have experienced better service and prices at the small«mom and pop» shops.

I’m very upset about today’s pick up and this can go either way for this local business. I dropped off two cheer uniforms on Friday to be cleaned. there are 53 cheerleaders on the squad for entire high school fyi… this could be lots of business every year at the end of the season or not. I swiped my card and didn’t pay attention to it. i just said, gosh 30 bucks seems high. last year it was 22. whats wrong with this? i looked at the slip and i was charged 14.95 for two ladies suits. I called and was told there were no refunds on the service. I’M Furious called two other AL Phillips cleaners and was told that at best they should have been done as a skirt and blouse which would have been 11 something for each. now if you take 53 cheerleaders times the 23 you could have a large march since all the girls have to have their uniforms cleaned at the end. now, they should offer the high schools some kind of thing where each cheer uniform is 10 to clean. the skirts and tops aren’t even a yard of fabric each. 14.95 to clean, really? I will post a notice at the school this afternoon and let the girls know that this is not the place to take their uniforms. i will call around today and find somewhere that is much more user friendly as these girls pay almost 1000.00 to cheer and to get gouged at the cleaners is horrible. the fact that i called and was told i should have looked at the receipt is just stupid. i pulled up what the ticket was last year and don’t have the ticket but it wasn’t 30. I do not recommend and i will post any additional information when i get it, as well as if i find somewhere that will take care of these girls.

$ 2.80 laundered men’s shirts, $ 12.10 dress, $ 6.80 women’s sweater, $ 7 men’s pants, $ 6 men’s sweater. Go online and print off coupons from their website before you bring your clothes in. Cleaning done off-site, so no same day service. Clothes done by 6 – 6:30pm the next day. Honestly I go here only when I’m feeling too lazy to save the $$ to drive to NV Cleaners.

I just moved from out of state, so I’ve been looking for a cleaners close to home and stopped in to speak with someone. They told me that dry-cleaned pants were $ 7, and shirts were $ 6. When I asked why their prices were so high, the girl at the front replied in a snotty way«I don’t set the prices» and told me they were a «high-end cleaners», which, by my guess, just means expensive. After hearing about the prices and getting some pretty pathetic customer service, I decided to go elsewhere. After speaking with my sister about this, she more than justified my choice not to use them – she told me they send out their clothing and had lost several expensive pieces of her clothing when she used them. Don’t bother paying their high prices, regardless of their«Best of LV» status…
