Went there for my daughters birthday today. The food was great, the service was as good or better. Charley was a great server! Thank you for helping to make my daughters birthday great!

Great steak ! Great service ! So we come here about once a week and I always order the outback special. And it’s usually good. But today according to the bar tender outback has changed meat providers and the steak I got today was the best steak I’ve ever had at outback ! Not best ever but for 12 bucks the best ! Thanks outback

Came tonight and sat at the bar. We got greeted right away. Drinks came right away. My husband’s beer tasty funny to him(tap was dispensing oddly) and no hesitation, they poured him a new one. Even took it off our bill at the end– pretty impressed with that. We both got outback specials. Came as ordered, food was decent. Will come again.

Recently went there and had a great meal and fantastic service. Katie, the manager, made sure we had a great experience. With several steakhouses in the area — and we have tried them all — this is by far the best.

It’s hard for me to give this place two stars. I like the food and there is a good selection of items on the menu for whatever your feeling like. The service. That is where the two stars come into play. I sat at the bar and I guess there were regulars or friends of the bartender there too. It took about five minutes to get a drink and a menus. Knowing what I wanted I just placed my order. My drink went empty and the bread I asked for never came. After about fifteen minutes I asked the status of my salad and was told they were working on it. Normally I would have gotten up and left but I was hungry and had my mind set in a steak. Food came and it was good(usually is), But the service is just sub par. I hope they make some changes.

We went here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn’t busy yet clearly understaffed. We sat in the bar area and the bartender was our server. We only had our drinks refilled once in the hour we spent there and it took a half hour for our soup to come out. I ordered the burger and it was inedible. It was basically raw even though I ordered it medium rare. I expected better from Outback Steakhouse and we will never be visiting this location ever again!

I’ve always been a devoted fan of Outback. However, while on vacation, I caught a serious craving for a good steak. I had the Fire Grilled Rib Eye. It was perfectly prepared at medium, and the entire meal hit the spot. Great service. Great food!

Thought we’d use some gift cards that we’ve been accumulating and go to Outback for dinner before a concert. We arrived early enough on this Saturday night, so there would not be wait. We were seated right away and our attentive waiter took our drink orders, accompanied by bread and butter. This is where the good ends. My dinner tonight consisted of French onion soup, Caesar salad, signature chop steak with a loaded baked potato and mixed vegetables. The French onion soup was actually one of the worst I’ve ever tasted. There was a strong tinny taste to the soup, like it had been in a tin can too long. The Caesar salad, while tasting all right was one of the smallest salads I’ve ever received at a steakhouse. The chop steak had the mushrooms and onions on the plate and the chop steak lying on top of it. Really!!! What a horrible presentation. I’m sure others have had to do what I did, which is remove the chop steak and then fork all the onions and mushrooms on top of my steak. The chopped steak had minimal seasoning on it and was rather blah also. The potato while very good was again on the small side, really one of the smallest potato I’ve ever received at a steakhouse. We’ve been eating at Outback since 1985, over those years we’ve seen a steady decline in quality and value for a meal. I feel you get much better value at Longhorn or Texas roadhouse for your dollar. We will be taking our gift cards to Carrabba’s for now on.

It’s hard to get too excited about Outback — but you have to appreciate the consistency. This Outback is much like very other Outback. The steaks are good, but not great. The salads and sides are good, if not particularly unique. That being said, the is a good location with consistently good service. This location doesn’t seem to be as busy as the Palm Harbor store, which is nice. There is a reason the Outback chain has lasted so long. I never expect to have a bad meal, and the value is pretty good.

I realize we came like at 9pm, but I have never walked out of a restaurant because of service. We were greeted warmly, and was taken to our booth by the bar. It took our waiter like 10 minutes just to come over(he never gave us his name and he seemed annoyed we were in his area. We gave him our drink order and asked if he could bring the baby’s food out first and we ordered soup. The bartender brought us bread, not the waiter. We asked him for another high chair so we could stack it so the baby wasn’t sitting so far below us, and we had to flag someone else down to get help. The waiter brought us our drinks like 5 minutes later. He never came back to check on us if we needed more drinks. WE waited another 20 minutes before he came over for our order, mind you we have exactly 20 minutes for them to cook it and eat it before close. We ordered the all you can eat shrimp which wasn’t all you can eat for us. Our soup came and it was cold we had to send it back. WE had to call someone else over to complain because he was no where to be found. Finally at 10 and food still not on our table, no refills and no answers to how much longer we again called a gal over and said check were leaving. The manager comp’d our steaks and still gave us the food which when we got home, like all this time we sat and the steaks weren’t right, the potatoes looked shriveled up, the garlic mash potatoes looked like vomit, and the shrimp was unappeasing. I would never come back here, just because this is unacceptable. He was more interested in the couple behind us and to the side of us who came in at the same time then he was us. You lose Trevor H.

We sat in the bar to avoid the dinner time wait, there was only dirty tables to choose from. We waited about ten minutes for our waitress to walk by and say she would be by to clean off the table and take our drink orders. I ordered the 6oz sirloin medium with coconut shrimp, a loaded baked potato and carrots. My mom got the ribeye with coconut shrimp and double asparagus. Upon receiving our food my steak was a little undercooked to my liking and incredibly chewy. My mom was really unhappy with her burnt stringy asparagus and there was only less then eight pieces so she had to order more which were better but the ends of the asparagus weren’t properly cut off. The waitress did take the extra asparagus charge off and was decently attentive.

We saw the reviews but decided to try it out anyways, as our experiences at Outback in general has been good. Started with Seared Ahi which was wonderful. No complaints there. We both ordered Sirloin and this is where things went bad. My wife’s medium was well done. Mine was medium rare as ordered but so tough and chewy I had to spit it out. They gave me another one, but it was just as bad. Also heard table behind us having the same issue and complain. Badly cooked and didn’t taste good. I gave up and gave them the steaks back and didn’t order anything else. They asked if I wanted to take it home which I obviously declined. Wasn’t going to get more tender at home, but I appreciated the offer. Waitress said you never know how good of a piece of meat you get until after it’s cooked and customer tastes it. Luck of the draw. Whaaaaaattt??? If cook can’t tell how good the meat is before putting it on a plate, they need a better cook! Actually, he should know even before he cooks it. Give her points for trying and creativity though. LOL. The waitress and manager was nice and handled it correctly so for that and Tuna, they get 2 stars instead of one, but will definitely never return. There are too many options within a 3 mile radius to bother.

Trying the crab and avocado app along with the sesame salad with tuna. Boyfriend getting the ribs. Fish here stinks so trying things I don’t think they can mess up to badly– I hope. UPDATE: The avocado crab app was not good! Tasted like canned processed crab and very fishy taste. The tuna salad was good. Very small piece of tuna– maybe 2 – 3 ounces– the salad was large. My boyfriend said his ribs didn’t fall off the bone so he wasn’t thrilled about that.

Horrible customer service! Don’t bother going to this restaurant! First, there were no people waiting to be seated and the dining room was fairly open, so why did a party of 6 have to wait 15+ mins?! Furthermore, the dude working the seating arrangements didn’t greet us nor looked happy to be at work!!! This is why I DONOTPATRONIZEPG County!!! Not worth my money! The only good thing about this place was our waiter! Thank goodness he had a personality and took care of our order quickly! Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. And if the manager of Outback is reading this, don’t bother responding to me, just brief your staff on customer service!!! Please and thank you

We’ve been eating at this specific location off and on for about 10 yrs. On our latest visit, it was evident that Tourist Season was in full swing with waiting hungry folks overflowing out the front door. We sneaked in and found a nice booth in the bar area. We eat at Outback for only one reason and it’s because the Prime Rib is awesome! I can cook better steaks at home but I cannot cook better prime rib than they do at a very reasonable price. We both ordered the large(16oz) Prime Rib with their Tiger Dill sauce for dipping. The dinner comes with a house salad and we ordered some taters, too. We also ordered a side of their sautéed mushrooms. We both ordered them medium rare. Before we were half way through our salads, the dinners arrived. Undaunted, it was quite obvious that one prime rib was medium rare and one was at lease medium. We did not fuss because it was still tender and I was starving. Bottom line: For approximately $ 20 per person, you get a filling meal. Sadly, we both felt very rushed by the staff but the service was good. A relaxing steak dinner is increasingly difficult to find in the Greater Tampa Bay area without paying an arm and a leg for the experience. I’m sure that we’ll return but only during the off season.

Not good quality with the food. I got the rib eyes, but it was so salty. I was thinking the cook dropping a whole bottle of salt in my steak. My aunt got the grill chicken as well, it was too dry. And salty again. What the heck? Did they have problem with salt?

The recent additions to the wood-fired menu attracted me to this chain steak place. Hilariously enough I ate a ton of my man’s fire licked steak, and ordered a seafood Aussie-tizer trio. It included seared sushi-grade ahi tuna, coconut shrimp, and a crab avocado dip with a few chips. In all honesty I’m addicted to meats with a fire grilled flavor, so with a chain like this you pretty much always know what to expect at every location with minor variations, and that’s cool. I can say I have never seen the seafood trio that I had that night on any other Outback menu, but it was okay, although next time, I’ll go for a wood fire grilled burger and keep it simple. I hate that Outback uploads stock photos of their offerings here, just sayin’. I had a seasonal Winter drink that was too sweet and tasted like Kool-aid, but service was good. I don’t expect to be amazed by these guys any time soon, and neither should you or you’ll be disappointed.

Good service, fair prices, but just average food. The wood frie grill options are nice to have, but they really fall short of my flavor expectations. Hate to say it, but Longhorn really whips up a better econo-steak. As for this location specifiaclly, it’s a fine place to grab a cheap bite. It’s been recently renovated, and there are TVs everywhere flashing images of their food. They do have a full bar and the bartender is really good. They whipped up a great old fashion for me. Couldn’t have been happier.

Way below average steak. You can taste the low quality cheapness of it. And I ordered a filet too. And it had fat. Filets should never have fat. Shame on me for not spending the extra $ 10 for a larger, much higher quality filet at Salt Rock. But Outback was just more convenient. The margaritas were ok but definitely not worth the $ 8 price. The only good thing were the baked potatoes. Not the best I’ve had but still very good. I do believe this will terminate my very casual relationship Outback, unless I’m ever in the mood for a humongous beer and a baked potato. Just not worth the price overall.
