Jersey Mike’s Subs

I have stopped three times now. Always on my way to work. I enjoy the food. The first two experiences were average. The food is good, and worth the cost.
The service on my first two visits was average.
The third visit the service was terrible. There was only one customer in the restaurant on my arrival. He was paying for his order at the time I entered.
I stood waiting for about five minutes prior to being acknowledged by either of the two employees. At that time, the person at the cash register just simply stated «I’m sorry for the wait sir.» While he continued to stand at the register and do nothing.
There was another employee preparing the order for the customer in front of me. She continued to ignore me.
When she finally took my order; I ordered a regular size sandwich.
She then went back to making something for the customer that was finished paying again.
I stood waiting, when the employee decided to begin making my sandwich, she cut a small piece of bread. I stated simply it looked like the size of a mini and not a regular.
The employee then showed me the size of a mini, and offered to make a giant, if I wanted a larger sandwich.
I did accept the offer for a giant. She then went back to completing the order in front of me again.
When she returned to work on my sandwich, she continued to make the small one. I attempted to state, I’ll take the giant size, and she just turned away from me.
I decided to leave the store at that time. No sandwich. No food to take to work. Very poor customer service.

Jersey Mikes is my go to for a delicious sub! I typically don’t rave about chains but JM is clean, consistent, and delish! The Philly cheesesteak is the best I’ve had. I also love the club supreme. You gotta get it mikes way!

It’s really good, fresh and filling. I have two favorite sand spots and this is one of them. The price is good and the food is great. The staff always seems to be friendly and not just going through the motions to build the sandwich the way you want.

Being originally from Philadelphia I’m used to great cheesesteaks and subs. Jersey Mike’s does not disappoint. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is soft and not too thick. The idea of the sub in a tub is simply brilliant when you don’t need that extra bread.

Can I just say why the hell haven’t I tried this place before? Best subs EVER. Not only from a chain but even from the independent shops. I always order roast beef and they actually cut the roast beef fresh. Who does that anymore?
The roast beef is immaculate. No fat whatsoever, unlike Jimmy John’s and Subway. It’s also slightly rare (which I love) and very, very tasty. The potato chips (kettle) are awesome and they have a rewards program, which every business should have, if they’re smart.
I really can’t find one single fault with Jersey Mike’s. Very easy five stars.

Real personal staff. Place is always clean and since new there is good traffic through, but they get food out quick. They make some of the best cheese steaks around. I recommend you try this place.

Checked out this new sub shop across from Largo Mall. Ok I usually do not like hot subs but their buffalo chicken cheese steak is awesome! They also have outside seating, which is super nice. Will be back.

I am very impressed by this place. They offer 3 different sizes of subs. A large variety of sandwiches, and very friendly staff. I think the steak and cheese is the best, but the cold sandwiches are good. I like that they slice the meat and cheese to order.

I think as a child from New Jersey, I went to the original shop, nice to have them in my neighborhood! The buffalo chicken was great, and I like the fact they slice meats to order!

Fast friendly and great service. very clean restaurant with good employees they are very well mannered
