Been here a few times over the years … great pub, good food, always meet fun people at Bar. Haven’t tried ribs but I hear they are great. Fair prices as well. Will be back!

Best Bar in town… My Favorites are the Wings, salads and Cajun Chicken BLT! Yum!
I also love their desserts. Nothing is better than their Tollhouse Cookie Pie!

Best ribs in Westchester, by FAR, especially the ones with dry rub. They just fall off the bone. Also the toll house cookie is amazing. Definitely recommended!

Best wings around. As in ever. Other notables are the cheese fries, burgers, ribs, and the pulled pork sandwich. Can’t go wrong treating yourself to the tollhouse pie for dessert. Great for families or to watch the game. Servers and bartenders treat everyone like a local — so go already! Just get there early if you need a high chair…

Great, consistent American food – wings are famous, burgers, great staff all around. Fun, homey favorite.

When you might have to wait 45 minutes on a Saturday night to get a table, but you don’t mind – well, you might be at Sherwood’s. Have wings and a cold draft beer at the bar while you wait. Cozy is the décor: dark wood, old fashioned wall paper, and always packed with friendly sorts. Ribs are moist, the wings are hot, the honey-​glazed chicken is so good. Toll house cookie pie is a favorite. Too many things to list from the eclectic menu. Cajun barbecue shrimp, for one… Great for families – and you’re bound to see someone you know while you’re there. Also a favorite of college kids home on break.

Yah, it is loud and the wait for a table could be painful… that’s because it is one of the most popular restaurants in Larchmont! My family of five love going there regularly (almost weekly) for its tasty burgers, ribs and wings. Other favorites for all include the house salad, steak/​portabella salad and french dip sandwich. For the best comfort food in Larchmont, you can’t go wrong with Sherwood’s!

The buffalo wings are awesome, the ribs are great, the beers are good and the service friendly. Really, what more do you want? Love Sherwood’s

I had the ribs and they were great. The toll house was great but there was 2 problems. The chicken wings were too vinegary and after eating a lot it can be sickening but overall good restaurant.

Food was ok, beef ribs were a little more tasty than the rest of our order. Wings are decent, not better than candlelight… Prices were fair.

Ribs I love me some ribs. Flavor wise delicious, quantity wise lacking. The rids are so good but I would love it if there were more meat on the bone. I would definitely come back but maybe just to try the wings.

What a great place, never disappoints. No frills food, always consistent and delicious. Love the petite sirloin, always cooked to perfection. Seriously, I’m amazed at the number of supposed steakhouses that overcook a steak. Never had that issue here. Great salads, tacos, fish, desserts, everything really, even though they’re known for ribs. Great staff. Love this place.

Ate there last night. They have an extensive menu for a small pub like place. Baby back ribs were well cooked and just gooey enough. Onion straws were perfect. Chicken wings were classic and good they didn’t try to do anything too fancy with them. Overall, a great casual meal, and the service was prompt without rushing us.

Food is ok nothing extremely memorable or satisfying. What I disliked the most was the atmosphere when we walked in. No one is friendly not even welcoming. Service wasn’t great. I heard so many good things I tried it and was disappointed.

The food is so-​so. I wouldn’t say its great BBQ. The BBQ sauce has too many warm spices in it for my liking. The desserts are the best thing on the menu.

Like the food, but no «wow» factor. Very good wings and ribs, I’m just not as blown away as others are with this place. Also, I wish they were open for lunch.

This place used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but it’s really gone downhill when it comes to service. Particularly when it deals with the hostess.
Our first experience with this woman was when we came there on a Saturday around 4pm, just as she was coming into work. As we walked towards the door to the restaurant, she barked at us that they don’t open until 5pm. Her tone was pretty nasty, but we figured that everyone has a bad day and didn’t think much of it.
We returned there last month and notice on the walk in from the parking lot that there were several tables open. We figured we’d not have to wait long to be seated. We get to the area where we are supposed to wait for a table and there is another family waiting in front of us. We thought that was strange. It became less strange when we saw the same woman who barked at us, who we find out is the hostess, up in front of the bar, talking to friends of hers. And talking. And talking. It went on for about five minutes while we were standing there, waiting to be seated.
When she finishes her conversation she comes back to the bar area and immediately… starts pouring a glass of wine. She doesn’t even look over in our direction. Granted, that wine she was pouring was probably ordered a half hour before hand and she was just getting around to it, but a simple «I’ll be with you in a second» would have been nice.
We finally get her attention and ask her how long it would take to get seated, and she replies «10 – 15 minutes.» This is with 3 to 4 tables open in the back room. Yeah, right. We left and most likely will never be coming back.

Nice location and atmosphere, good service.

Came here for dinner and drinks, place was completely crowded. We had a 35 min wait time to be seated, at which we took the time to sit at the bar and have a few drinks. Drinks were decent and décor is your typical bar/​restaurant look. When we finally sat down and received our food I was blown away with the remarkable flavors. Food was amazing, cooked to perfection. Waitress was not really attentive and we had to continue to get up and look for her. I give this place 4 stars mainly because their food was amazing.
