Waited 30 minutes for the wrong drink. Normally Starbucks usually compensates for the mistake not this one

Brandon has the worst customer service, wasn’t sure he heard me so i started repeating my order & he cut me off, raised his voice over mine and said he knew what i ordered, horrible attitude, horrible customer service, deff will not return here

This place seems always out of something no strawberry refresher for couple days now .no cold brew sometimes and service is wayyyyy so for being near the mall and only location nearby it needs to step up their customer service.

The cashier was ok but not the greatest greeting. I then waited for my coffee and didn’t know it was ready the guy didn’t call my name one of the customers told me my order was ready. Not customer service. No thank u for coming. Just kept talking to his coworkers. Don’t know if I’ll come back…

Poor drive thru service(long line and wait), and just as poor walk-in service. They never seem to get my order right and when I let them know they insist that’s what I ordered.

DONOTCOMEHERE! I have been to this location and a few times my drinks were okay sometimes my drinks were not. Recently I came into the lobby to order a iced tea on a very hot afternoon. After ordering I waited for my drinks to come out when I see the girl in the bar with a ponytail and glasses drop the lid for the tea shaker on the floor! She then instantly picks it up and REUSE it!!! She uses it to make a drink and calls it out. I immediately told one of the baristas to tell whoever was in charge. This is outright disgusting and so nasty. I can’t imagine how many times that lid probably fell down and how many customers drinks were made with it. That barista still works at this Starbucks. I will never come back to this store.

I have been here a couple of times and it’s always been good. They make my drinks good and they are pretty friendly. The drive thru line is usually long but they seem to keep it moving pretty quickly.

I ordered 2 coffee and 2 frappuccinos. I got my coffee immediately and it took 17 minutes to get my frappucinos. Coffees were now cold. I was ignored and girls were grumpy. It’s always like this here. In order to get my drinks on time I need to use the drive through? Shouldn’t be like that. It feels personal like they do it to me all the time and on purpose and NEVER offer to compensate with comps. Frustrating. Customer service here is terrible consistently. Always forgetting a part of an order.

No offense to pets owner. While I was enjoying my morning with my husband and drinking chestnut latte, there were couples of people bringing dogs over here. I couldn’t enjoy it and I was allergic to dogs. I’m sorry but this is coffee and quiet place to relax. Not animals place.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times each have been painstakingly horrible due to one of the workers there he’s always the cashier and is just rude for no reason today 08÷07÷15 @1010am he is just rude I asked for a green tea he heard me say«chai» and I said no «green» and he rolled his eyes and said no and he just kept misunderstand what I was saying all to which I kept apologizing and he continued to roll his eyes and shake his head Horrible experience last time I’ll be here

Walked over to get some iced coffee but decided on the Mango Tea Lemonade and it was pretty tasty and refreshing. Place is pretty cool, nice outdoor patio seating and spacious inside seating, one bathroom for all. They also have drive thru. Staff was polite and attentive.

Terrible customer service! Just left this place. It’s Thursday afternoon 6⁄25 around 1:30pm. I’m not much of a complainer, but I felt I HAD to write a review for this Starbucks. Having been to a million Starbucks(I go often because I’m in pharmaceutical sales and often buy coffee for my doctors and offices). I’ve never experienced service this bad. Let me break it down: I arrived a little after 1:30 when they were not busy at all, maybe 4 workers and 7 people inside altogether. I handed the girl at the register a list of 4 drinks that the Drs office wanted along with the names next to it. She then told me «we only write one name on the drinks.» Blasphemy! How hard is it to write and mark the drinks that they are all one order? All of the other Starbucks have no issues doing this even during their peak times in the morning. And it’s only 4 names! Then I asked her about using Starbucks rewards because I just downloaded the app. She explained it to me but with attitude and eye rolling. So it wasn’t only me, when I came back there were 2 other customers in line, I needed to go back because I forgot to buy a sandwich. She gave both customers attitude! She continued with the eye rolling. She proceeded to tell the customers they were out of caramel and a bunch of other things they wanted. The customers turned to me and said we don’t know what we want because they’re out of everything I’m asking for. The barista/cashier didn’t even apologize, or have a response, she just kind of shrugged and had that resting bitch face. For reference, not to sound rude but they weren’t wearing name tags, this girl is a short, stocky barista, Hispanic, that wears glasses. Then when I went to get my 4 drink orders, they were just sitting on the counter half-assed, not in a travel tray, and hot drinks didn’t have stoppers in them. When I asked if they were mine the other barista, a taller blonde just scowled and said yeah. I mean there were no smiles to be seen anywhere. Look, I understand if the place was super busy, but it wasn’t at all. They might’ve all been on their periods or something. Sorry that you get paid well, have benefits and have to make coffee and talk to people all day! Waaahh! The homeless man outside gave me better customer service that these people. Hopefully your supervisor reads this and does something about this. Not the only one complaining so there’s obviously something wrong! For a place that prides themselves in customer service this store has been by far the worst.

I go to the Starbucks every Friday morning, although I don’t know all the staff, as far as I know the Friday morning staff is terrible! There is 3 girls that do NOT know customer service. Every visit I feel neglected. I do purchase drinks and as a habit I always get a large water on the side, they always manage to forget. One girl with cheetah raybans gave me a passion tea with about an inch of the drink missing and very flavorless. So I asked if I could get it more concentrated and her response started with«actually» blah blah blah than she proceeded with adding more flavor And her BFF whom she is always chatting with has this really bad attitude towards me.(Girl with braided) I’ve never been rude to either one but one more incident and I will talk to the manager cus as I’ve heard they are like this to many other customers
