Fabulous experience. John was an exceptional sales associate. Understand, these individuals, like everyone else, are trying to earn a living. They are supposed to try to sell their product. If you are uncomfortable with saying no, chances are this is a personal problem, not a problem with the sales associates. That being said, john was good at selling, AND he was also honest and extremely personable. He was honest about products he was less familiar with and did not feed me a load of BS just to make a sale. He had a very playful, light hearted attitude and never made me feel pressured. In fact, I found him to be very accommodating; it’s obvious that he believes in what he sells. At first, I was very skeptical and John answered all of my questions patiently and with ease. I truly enjoyed my experience. Not only did I learn a lot about my current makeup products and the harmful makeup additives that I should avoid, but John and Danni, took over 20 min to do my make-​up beautifully. I can’t wait to try the powder and the eye shadow that I purchased. Thank you!

Do not go here! I repeat, DO NOT! The owner, John, is the last person you want to give your hard earned money to. I was given the incorrect product after being seriously pressured (like a used car salesman). I got home and called John and he said he would send me the replacement correct color at no charge. He asked me to text my address and that he would rouges tracking info the next day. I have called the kiosk several times and his cell several times as well as texts and he had not called, responded or provided the corrected product. What a waste of $. Also, if you want to buy this brand, buy it on amazon. It’s HALF the cost and you don’t have to deal with pushy sales people. I saw one sales person make a husband feel TERRIBLE that he wasn’t buying this eye makeup for his wife. He was talking trash to him. Very unprofessional. Do not go here!
Update: they did end up getting me the correct color after I contacted corporate… Yeah, after. Still, don’t go here. It’s more affordable online anyway.
