I always have a pleasant experience going into a bath and body works. I went into this store and asked one of the girls for help. I said ma’am twice to get her attention. she acted like I was inconveniencing her and said whats your question in a rude tone. I would say no matter who walks into your store every person deserves the proper customer service!!! Disappointed!!!
