Would’ve gave this place a 5BUT I constantly gotta remind THEM to sell me insurance lol & the whole«once you buy this game you can’t return it for a different game» crap is bs. There’s been plenty of times they sold me a game that didn’t work straight out the case & because I was frustrated with the game I wanted to return it and change for a different game, they literally tried to have me buy it back for 25 $ when I just bought it for 67 $ that same day. But they did buy us pizza the launch day of halo 5, so this 2 star vote is getting 3 stars now cuz I just remembered lol Days later, I take all those stars back. I literally just called in twice, got attitude and told they aren’t tired to the game stop literally right around the corner and they can’t see inventory. This place sucks. Seriously

I don’t know what is up the other guys ***, the service there is amazing and the people are very knowledgeable and helpful, the other review was probably written to the fat video game need equivalent of Sheldon complete with a neck beard and a fedora.

Been in several Gamestops so know the warning signs for locations you can expect slow or terrible service and this one has the characteristics of one. Called and one person answers and while I am asking a question another employee picks up. I try to ask a question and she says«oh they hung up» and both hang up. There goes some of my cell minutes. I call right back and in a joking manner say to her«nope was still on the phone» and she pauses and says«yeah…»(insert awkward long pause). I ask her if they had a game and she fumbles the phone then places me on hold. On my cell phone so the sound of my minutes are ringing in my ear. Another minute. Another minute. Another minute. Hear a click and… yeah more lost minutes without an answer. Going in… no better as even with a small crowd you get ignored, they get too involved into video game convo debates while you wait, or give off attitude while you’re stuck on. «you do know you work at Gamestop right?» Overall, is it REALLY that hard to work at Gamestop? Your ONLY job is to push video games, ring up customers, and answer questions. It’s really not that hard? Went into the UP location and with ONEPERSONWORKING he was able to manage 8 people in the store, answer phones, and keep the flow going. How can this location with a MINIMUM of 2 employees be this disorganized or have this type of service? Man I really miss the excellent one I went too before I moved.
