Took my family to snag the $ 1.31 one scoop special that was being promoted & we had no line to deal with. We all found the flavor we were craving for & the owners were very sweet & polite. We loved grabbing 6 scoops for under $ 10. Yummy!

We have been to numerous BR ice shops in the area. This by far the worst for service etc. Must be a poor place to work, staff is not friendly or polite. Better places nearby for ice cream treats. wont be going back.

Was the owner? Asian lady was so mean that she seemed like she didn’t wanna sell ice cream. Even though she noticed that I was there she didn’t come out FOREVER! Ugh! Thanks for ruining my day. Never recommend this place.

I have always enjoyed Baskin Robbins, ever since I was little. They are always good for a variety of ice cream and shakes. They even have cold blends. And how could I forget their ice cream cakes… Yum!
This particular location is off the grid but at the same time easily seen as it sits on a busy street. There’s tables to sit at on the inside, they always seem to have all ice cream in Stock. I love coming here because it’s less foot traffic. But when it is busy, well that’s another story. I manage to visit when it’s the owners working (I think they are the owners?), in one off occasion there were younger associates. They were nice and we’re doing their job and not just standing around for the most part.
I recommend this location and I recommend Baskin Robbins, what’s not to love about this classic ice cream shop…

So, it’s $ 1 scoop day. I tell my husband to get our son a $ 1 scoop while I was at work. He pays but doesn’t ask about their promo. My husband thought it was $ 1 for the scoop and $ 1 for the cone. NO, IT IS NOT. They charged him FULL PRICE because he didn’t know any better.
Also, later when I go to get my $ 1 scoops the owner yells at me saying its 1 per person and I can not have any of my scoops separated into two cups or I’ll be charged full price. I’m sorry, but the employee asked me first if I wanted my 2 scoops of cotton candy and 1 scoop of butter pecan in different cups. Customer service at it’s worst. My advice: Stop trying to be so cheap.

The place was clean. My mother who goes in here fairly often was recognized, as was what she usually gets. The sugar free, low fat, scoop I ordered, Cherry Cobbler, was delicious! The staff was friendly, though with a business attitude.

I went into this BR this past summer with my 4 yr old grandson and my Service Animal… The woman had a fit and started yelling NO NO NO!!! No dogs!!! I calmly said I am disabled and this is a service animal for me… BTW … Yes my hog was wearing his service vest !! I had to ignore her and remain calm since I did have my 4 yr old grandson with me… we ordered and then sat down to eat our ice cream… The woman came from around the counter and stared at my dog… She needs to learn the STATE & FEDERAL LAWS about service animals and the disabled!!!
