Excellent! I Called and got an appointment the next day. Due to the pleasant service and a thorough doctor, I was out the door with a new prescription and a supply of contact lenses in less than an hour. I’ve used contacts/glasses for the past 10 years and this was one of my favorite appointments. :)

This place is pretty average. The optometrist is okay, doesn’t explain much and when I walked in to the office there were no other customers except myself and he was sitting at the front desk and I still had to wait 20 minutes. The selection of eyewear is ok, but almost everything has to be ordered in, including contacts, and they give themselves 10 days to get the order. I come here out of convenience.

I was needing an eye exam and glasses, and Visionworks is in my network through my vision insurance. I stopped in one evening, wanting to look at frames and kind of «check out» the staff. I was immediately greeted by Bonnie, who talked to me a great deal about progressive bifocal glasses, as well as the process. I have never worn glasses and needed a lot of questions answered. I went the next day for an eye exam with a wonderful Optomietrist named Dr. Patterson, who used to own his own practice and is very experienced. The glasses I ordered came in 5 days later, and I couldn’t be happier! I didn’t have any problems adjusting to them and everyone was very nice at this location.

I am having similar issues with the staff. They are short with their answers and rude. My daughter was told to wear her new glasses for a week even though they give her a headache. I usually don’t write reviews, but this one was necessary. We will not be going back!

I read a review on google that said that once they have your money, they treat you like dirt. I wish I had listened to him, instead I listened to my wallet. They are cheap, but they have the service to match. I went in for an exam and to get new contacts, and was told they’d be in soon. A week later I stopped in to see if they’d come in yet, I was told by a surly girl no, don’t worry about it, I’d get a phone call when they came in. Two weeks after that, still not receiving a phone call, I called them to see if they’d come in. They hadn’t, so I said I wanted to cancel my order. The manager came on, apologized and said there had been a manufacturing issue, but they’d overnight them for me and they’d DEFINITELY be there by Friday. I said sure, no problem, but if they aren’t, I’m canceling. To which she replied, alright, maybe not Friday, but they’ll be here for by Monday at the latest.(Thankfully for their sake, they did come in, but that’s the last time I go there.)
