Easy to find. Pretty inside. Fantastic service. Not shy with prices but worth it. I will be back

Our second visit to Ghandi’s tonight. The restaurant is elegant and well run. The food is superb. We started with the coconut shrimp, which were the best I’ve ever eaten. Baked, not fried. Also, had the chicken wing app. Dinners were chicken tiki masala and double lobster tails, which my husband and I shared. Dessert was a fabulous coconut cake and a lovely almond ice cream. This is a hidden gem in Lake Worth/Wellington. The food is fresh and so different than the usual restaurants. The staff treats everyone like family. We can’t wait to go back!

The moment we walked through the front doors we were welcomed by a warm, loving, inviting staff. We were comfortably seated and tended to immediately. I have to honestly say this has been one the best dining experiences I have had in a very long time! Our meal was prepared with absolute perfection. Every dish we ordered had the perfect balance of taste and blend of spice. The chicken literally melts in your mouth with tenderness! The ambience and detail put into the meal presentation and dining experience were superb! If you enjoy Indian cuisine, this is the place to go! You would be cheating yourself out of an amazing dining experience if you don’t try them! I’m counting down the days until my next visit!

Greatest restaurant in Wellington/Lake Worth area! The food is fresh, homemade and amazingly flavorful. We’ve tried about 10 dishes and can’t decide what is best. I wish I could eat here every day. Having grown up in the DC area, I find it terribly difficult to get good ethic food in this area. Almost better than the food is the wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. The staff and owners have made us feel comfortable and at home. Tonight my family and I arrived after biking, sweaty and in workout clothes. We sat on the casual side and were treated as well as we were treated last time when we were dressed up. I would be happy to sit and relax in this environment all day. Gandhi’s is officially my Go To place for lunch, dinner and a quick desert.

Went in a couple of weeks ago for dinner. First thing I noticed was a funky smell… kind of like sewage. This was not pleasant. The food, although good, was very pricey. Too pricey for the smell. I had a chicken dish, it was tasty, but again not worth the price. The portion was small. I do not like to leave a restaurant hungry. That happened here. I can say that the service was very good. That’s where the extra star came in. Otherwise I would’ve given this place 2 stars.

My husband and I have been wanting to try it since it opened and now that we finally did, we are sorry we waited so long! The inside is gorgeous and clean, the wait staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgable about the entrees and the food was so fantastic, my husband and I couldn’t stop eating! The portions were enough that we each had leftovers for lunch the next day. The garlic Naan was out of this world. We got a cauliflower appetizer that was so tasty. We will be coming back again and again!

FANTASTIC food, service and ambience! I had to go back a 2nd time to be sure I wasn’t dreaming. I am happy to say you can add consistently great to that list. Impeccably clean(it’s new, only opened a few months) and beautifully designed(not overly, but elegantly decorated) with Gandhi images and quotes on etched glass partitions. But most important is the excellent food. Tender meats, chicken and vegetables in great Indian spiced sauces(not overly spiced BTW). Went there with my ROMEO group of 8(that’s Retired Old Men Eating Out) for lunch and EVERYONE had an excellent great tasting meal. The next week I took my wife there for our anniversary and she loved it too. I would say which dish to try but take your pick — you can’t go wrong at this place.

Just had dinner at Gandhi’s. The food, the ambience and the service was impeccable. It’s about time that we finally have upscale more than five dollar a plate gourmet Indian food in the Wellington area. Raj and his wife Sherry want to bring this experience everyone so they opened a café side which has all types of Indian street food. Great place for the girls to get together after getting their nails done, or picking up your kids from school for an early bite before going to soccer practice. Best of all they were smart to hire Ganesh, the world’s absolutely the best maître d’,(you might remember him from Tasteof India) to run the place . A great place for Sweet 16 parties, private wedding parties, and any kind of networking or marketing meeting place. Come with a bunch of your rich, snooty friends, a few shekels in your pocket, and you will leave ecstatic. The place is so authentic will be shocked that the Taj Mahal isn’t outside the restaurant.

This place is delightful. Elegant, modern and a clean atmosphere. Our group went on a Sunday during lunch and we were the 2nd family in the whole restaurant. Their lunch menu specialities seemed to be the different«thalis». A «thali» is just a platter of small compartments with different curries. I tried the chicken tikka thali and it was filling and delicious. Each one came with three different curries, with basmati rice, naan, papad and a dessert. Everything was spiced just right, not too spicy. I’m really glad I checked this place out, I’ll definitely be returning.

I must say the people could not be any nicer to great and seat. Wait staff is very accommodating and friendly. the drink order was screwed up my wife ordered a Merlot and was given a Malbec. She ordered her dish with very little sauce it was swimming in sauce My dish came out fine no issues. We will give this place one more try and order smartly a few appetizers and share a dish

This was one of best – and best tasting – meals I have had In a long time. Flavorful, beautifully presented and efficiently served. Raj and his staff offer congenial, impeccable service. We had a large group and orders were placed and served without a hitch. Several of us had the Korma, made with chicken or lamb. Superb! And the homemade ice cream – «to die for» We will definitely go back.

First of all the décor in the restaurant is amazing. Authentic Indian atmosphere right down to the tableware. Started off with the coconut pepper shrimp. Awesome flavor wish there were more than four they tasted so good. Had the lamb and chicken platter, the lamb was very tasty. The Mrs. did the chicken vindaloo, she loved it, a bit spicy for me. All in all great food, awesome friendly staff and a great dining experience. Met the owner Sherry and her husband Raj who were extremely nice as was all the service staff. Price is moderate, but reasonable. Definitely will be going back.

Have been wanting to check out the newest Indian restaurant in Wellington. I finally made it, and am kicking myself for not coming earlier. Indian restaurants typically seem a bit daunting to me as the menus are so big and I admit I don’t know what half the items are. Finding the perfect dish can be hard. Brightly lit and tastefully appointed(as strip malls go) Ghandi’s has a large menu board shows me all of the different options. I was enlightened. I ordered a lunch combo which came with rice, nana and Chicken Vindaloo. Amazing. Presentation was charming as well. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu

Ghandi is a new Indian place I happened to see while taking my son to the doctor. My children are ¼ Indian from their father’s side, so I always like to take them to try Indian food. I was surprised to find this place is much nicer than I expected. The service Is friendly, and efficient. We received our appetizers first. They were perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend the scallop appetizer(sorry, it looked so good I was halfway through eating it when it occurred to me to photograph it). I ordered the Tikaa Masala for my entrée. To make it palatable for my children, I requested little to no spice. Most Indian places I have made this request still manage to spice it up too much. Ghandi met my request perfectly. Next time I will have to ask for some spice. It still tasted great, but was truly missing any kick. The Basmati rice was cooked perfectly. The naan garlic bread was as good as our usual place, but we love it! The food was served on traditional Indian serving dishes with ornate serving spoons. The décor, the beautiful candle and the fancy plates added to the ambiance. For all of this, the prices are higher than what we expected, but it was worth it! We will definitely be back!

Came here tonight on the recommendation of 2 friends. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff is really friendly warm and welcoming. We met the husband and wife owners and they are as nice as can be. Apparently it’s only been open for 6 days but there’s definitely a buzz about the place because the restaurant was mostly full. Appetizers we had the veggie samosas and pepper shrimp which were both really good. We had the chicken shahi korma for dinner which was a new Indian dish to me. Really good almond flavor and the chicken was tender and well seasoned. The garlic naan was phenomenal! We ended the night with the pistachio ice cream dessert. I don’t usually eat dessert but Shari the owner insisted and bought it for us as our wedding gift next month. Overall really happy with the experience. Great for a date in Wellington
