Went in for happy hour at 5pm. Awesome deal on drinks. And the pizza was kickass! Skip the salads. There kinda blah

Went there last night after some Christmas shopping, ordered take out. Chicken parm roll. Was told 20 mins after 50 mins and countless orders I seen sent back from people actually eating there for being wrong, my food was finally ready, got home started eating. It wasn’t bad at first was pretty good but when I got a quarter in I was absolutely disgusted there was dough still raw in the middle and not a little like the whole middle !! You would think 50 min wait I would actually get a fully cooked order. I don’t think I will ever be back to this place. Total turn off.

We came in at 6:25 pm a Tuesday night a party of 3. There was only one other table occupied and they already had their food when we walked in. We place our order right away. Then we wait. Our food finally came at 7:20. I asked her why our food is taking so long and she said they had a lot of to go orders and only one chef. I had seen people come in after us and place their orders to go and they were told 20 minutes. I would think they should take care of the people sitting first. No apologies were offered. I even heard her tell someone waiting for a to go order she was going to give them a $ 5.00 off for their next visit. Really? I think waiting almost an hour when your the only table left deserves at least an apology and a $ 5.00 off next visit. The reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 is my step daughter said the fettichini Alfredo was OK, my husband had chicken cacciatore which was about as tasty as a frozen entrée from Publix, my chicken Marsala was decent but my penne all vodka sauce was dry and tasteless. But I can say I have had worse so 2 stars it is.

Went with some coworkers for lunch and they ordered pizza and I ordered a calzone. Took an ample amount of time for our order to get out — 40 minutes. I’m still happy at this point because I’m pretty hungry and it’s a sizable calzone. Everything was pretty good until the check came. $ 18.50 for a calzone with 4 veggie toppings? The menu stated nothing about the toppings being $ 2.25 each anywhere on the menu. When I reviewed the menu with the employee and we both noted that there was not a price for toppings, she said that she was sorry and there was nothing she could do. I got rocked almost $ 20 for a calzone because the menu does not disclose how much toppings are. The food was good, service ok, and the menu needs to be edited to not mislead customers. Update: The following day an employee came to my place of work sincerely apologetic for the honest mistake and an envelope with the over-charged amount. I ended up going back and getting a couple slices of pizza. Great job by them.

One of the worst places I’ve been. The food is way over priced $ 7.41 for a half of meatball parm. It was one small meatball cut in half with a slice of cheap cheese and a tablespoon of sauce. The Italian combo was made with one slice of cheap meats and cheese with no dressing or toppings. I’ll never eat there again. Hopefully they’ll close down soon so no one else gets ripped off.

The food here is really good. And the owners are even better. I will definitely be back.

It was an early Thursday evening and we were the only people seated in the restaurant, and that should have told us something. We ordered their Thursday special, a pizza(with 2 toppings) which came badly sliced through and on a crooked plate and a tilted holder. When I tried to extricate a slice, it fell off the holder onto the table and all the toppings went helter skelter. No help from the laconic waitress. The cheese was overly stringy and tasteless and it was an experience, I would not care to repeat. They have a sign out side: «Best Pizza in Town, We Guarantee it!» I would like to take them up on that one! Almost any pizza joint in town is as good and most a lot better

We were visiting family in Lake Worth — and had Fratelli’s delivered. We ordered the cheese calzone, eggplant rollatini and chicken parmigiana. The calzone was huge — but the marinara was a little on the sweet side. The eggplant was excellent. The chicken was rubbery. The garlic rolls were good… and the mini cannoli were also good.

We live locally in the Lake Worth area and have ordered delivery many times from Fratelli’s, but NEVER will again! Don’t usually write reviews… but feel moved to, since management was beyond rude when we called to complain that the calamari we ordered was totally under cooked and the portion size was half of what we typically get. Management had an attitude, argued with us, and made it obvious that they didn’t care at all about repeat customer service. In addition the eggplant parm was mushy and tasteless… There are so many better Italian places to order food from… save your money, unless you enjoy paying for and tossing the garbage they put out with so little care… disgusting.

I’ve ordered from Fratelli’s several times. The food is great and the service is awesome. My only complaint is with take-out orders. I have ordered take-out 3 times and 2 of those times something was missing from my order. After calling back and letting them know they gave me $ 20 credit to rectify it which was nice. The prices can’t be beat. I recommend this place :)

I was told it would be less than 45 minutes for delivery, it took over an hour and the food was lukewarm. I ordered eggplant parmigiana with fettuccini. The eggplant was the worst I’ve ever had, tough and robbery. Barely edible and the cheese over it was also rubbery. I’ll not order from them again.

Wow. I just saw this and I normally do not post reviews but I feel I have to. I’ve been eating their pizza since they opened. I live in the neighborhood and have no clue who the owners are but we love it. We all have our favorites there and usually get a couple and split the toppings to please everyone. I’m from Ohio so I could care less about what«style» it is. It’s just really good pizza. I do not care for sweet sauces and this is perfect. I’m also a big fan of cheese and they are not shy with it! The crust is the perfect«hand tossed» variety. Not too thick, not to thin. Everyone can have a bad experience once in awhile no matter where you go but in the many years they have been here in Lake Worth, we have never had a bad experience and we’ve NEVER had a pizza from there we weren’t happy with or didn’t eat. As for the salads? They’re SALADS. I guess you can get a bad one once in awhile but we like the ceasar and house there as well as the garlic rolls. We would be lost without Fratelli’s as our«neighboorhood pizza place»

As a native New Yorker, finding good pizza is important to me and I found it here. This cute restaurant is a gem in western Lake Worth. The pizza had the right combination of cheese to sauce and big, authentic bubbles. The crust was cooked perfectly and not too doughy. While waiting for my pie, I chatted with the pizza guy and he turned out to be the owner, David. He, along with the rest of his staff were friendly and effecient. Loved their house-made vinigarette and the chicken guiseppe was fabulous.
