Absolutely poor follow up– poor communication and not worth the time spent to make things right but most of all sub-​par or out of date hardware integrated — and somehow they talked my wife into buying without telling me a 51″ plasma tv — out of the box special that she never should have done without my knowledge — Alarm monitoring communication poor– low voltage really poor– Control 4 out of date hardware and poor. $ 14k spent regrettably not including TV– Caveat Emptor
