Walgreens

This review is for the pharmacist at this location.
I came in and dropped off my prescription and waited around for it to be filled. They seemed really busy although I didn’t see anyone else sitting and waiting, I am sure it was from something else. I came back to the counter and asked if my fill was ready and it was. The technician asked if I had any questions about the medication and I did. The pharmacist was on the phone near the register, he was on hold so the tech asked the question, he didn’t understand it so he looked at me. I asked him which medication I should start that night because my doctor told me I had to start one of them and I wasn’t sure which one. He looked at me and said «Are you asking me or telling me» with complete attitude. Being a very calm woman, I asked him again but what I wanted to do was jump behind the counter and ring his neck for being so rude to me. Never had someone sound so condescending in my experiences.
I completely understand being busy, my sister is a Pharmacy Manager at a Walgreens in California and I am aware of the volume that comes in but to be so downright rude was unnecessary. There are tons of other pharmacy’s around, I took my business elsewhere! Now I shop at CVS.
