Horrible, an expensive service that doesn’t really clean anything, oh and please don’t sign for the delivery service unless you want your stuff to be lost, lost $ 2000 of work cloth because they decided to drop off my load at some random location

Decided to give them a try since they’re located in the same plaza as my new job, more convenient than my usual place. When I picked up my dress, the plastic bag it was in was basically shredded and after I got home, I noticed some of the beads near the collar had been ripped off. I’ll be going back to my usual place despite the inconvenience of its location.

Started using this dry cleaner after a less than stellar experience with another one in the area. These people know what they’re doing! I love their late hours, especially with my crazy work schedule. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. They clean my clothes thoroughly. Everything is pressed beautifully and I never have the chemical smell so often experienced with dry cleaned clothes. They are a little more spendy, but you definitely get what you pay for in this case: beautifully cleaned clothing packaged and delivered with a smile! Very happy to have found this place and planning to be a longtime customer.

First Class, it is. Customer Service is very good. It’s a pleasure to drop things off and pick things up. The only reason they didn’t get a 5-​satr rating is because it’s a bit pricey. But in the end, they do and excellent job and that’s what counts the most.

After Publix stopped providing dry cleaning services a few yrs back I sat out in search of a dependable local establishment. I found both of those things in First Class. I’m always greeted promptly by name and the service is reliable. I highly recommend them if you need a dry cleaner in the area.
