Publix Supermarket

This is my store but there are always a few issues which never get resolved:
1. Out of stock items on shelves are overlooked by management and not re-​ordered unless I bring it to their attention. The staff seem to have been trained by management to «pull» other nearby products into the empty space to cover up the fact that an item is out of stock. Management needs to do better when they canvas the aisles.
2. Recently the gallons of Publix brand organic fat-​free milk were out of stock for a couple of weeks. The manager did not have a clue as to why. Also, was not given a substitute of their half gallons at a similar price and had to spend almost 2X the price for same amt of milk.
3. Please do a better job of training your staff on how to properly bag groceries!
Meat should not be placed with other items. Bread should not be in same bag as cold, wet items. It should be simple enough to train how to keep wet and dry foods separate:)
The staff are great and friendly, but it seems management could use some improvement.

Neighborhood Publix. Pretty small but with a great selection. Everybody is really friendly which is what you would expect from a Publix employee.
When I’ve needed something that I can’t find there is always help. Their deli is really clean as well.

It was my first time recently at this store in a long time that I had shopped here and I had a good experience, like all Publix the store is clean and well stocked and friendly staff.

We live near this Publix and this is our go-​to grocery shopping store. The store is always clean and well stocked. Produce is fresh and always stocked.
The prices are more than the local WalMart… but it’s worth it to not have to deal with… well… WalMart.
