Duffy’s Liquors

Surprised this place has so few reviews. I gave four stars because this is one of three major liquor stores in the near area. I haven’t been to the other two but I did feel the organization of products was a bit off (Not all tequilas were in one area, different sizes of the same product were in separate áreas etc).
Otherwise, the proximity to a supermarket for mixers, the variety of items and a decent sized store makes this branch of Duffy’s really convenient. They are part of the Duffy’s tavern business a block over and they seem to be doing pretty well (despite having a ‘For Sale’ by owner sign while in operation). During the time I was there I easily saw 20 people come in for their flavor of choice.
I thought it was really efficient that they sell simple, plastic shot glasses in case you want to serve shots without breaking the bank.

They had the sangria I was looking for :)

Good selection for the location, pricing is comparable to other stores in the area. This is probably the best place to go in the LG/​Bolton region, simply due to the selection available.

I like visiting this liquor store. They have a good variety of premixed drinks. I usually hit the Kahlua rack. They have 4 packs of Toasted Almond, Chocolate Latte, Mudslide, and White Russians. I highly recommend the Kahlua White Russians as they’re my favorite.
The prices aren’t too bad either. This place has to be the best liquor store in Lake George and so close to Canada Street as well. We actually walked there from our hotel.
