I was looking for a certain phone since I didn’t like the one that came with my new contract. Someone referred Josue Vizcay and we agreed that I would pay him $ 87 and that I send him my new phone. Two months later I receive a bill from AT&T for $ 324.74 which AT&T said, was from an American Express chargeback. I do not own an American Express card so I’m not sure what scam was going on. The owner of the Amex card obviously had to do a chargeback since this was a fraud charge on their account. AT&T states that this charge was due to whatever Josue initiated and only Josue Vizcay can reverse it. I contacted Josue Vizcay on June 20 and he wasn’t interested in helping and gave me the runaround. He promised a refund but, nada.(Yes, I do have the texts where he said he would take care of it.) What legitimate business would go and charge a customer’s credit card 3 days after the transaction without notifying the customer, or the Amex card owner, that they are doing so. I also spoke with the Agent Channel Director, Danielle Muther and she stated that when Josue Vizcay requested to open a new line, his request was denied and voided this order. If this was the case, why continue with the process. I Also don’t get the part about a new line since I just got my new line through AT&T and didn’t need another account. As far as I was concerned this transaction was only for a phone. Since I don’t know how these phone things work, I was an easy target. Also filed a complaint with the CA Dept. of Justice.

Josh helped me set up my account with a wireless carrier. Josh chose the very best carrier for me, the best plan, and then worked after the sale to help me get a rebate because I had ported my number. Josh should be your only choice when you want to set up a new service with Verizon, Sprint or AT&T. Josh will help you navigate the ins and outs of setting up the service and getting the best benefit out of your cell carrier. I recommend Josh at the very highest level to everyone.
