They actually close at 8 on weekdays. I looked them up on Unilocal,which said they were open until 9pm, so I drove all the way up the hill, got there at 8:15 pm, only to find out they were already closed. Thanks Unilocal for wasting my time and gas…

Stood in line for a phone advertised for Black Friday. Waited an hour and then they tell us they don’t have any in stock. I would think they would have made that announcement to all the people waiting in line first so we wouldn’t have wasted our time. Poor customer service. Never shopping here again.

Clean store, open layout, no one else in sight except a friendly associate named John who was very helpful in finding me the right battery for my car key and replacing it for me on the spot. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes.

Do not buy your cell phones here as they do not match the level of customer service found at a stand alone Verizon location. I noticed within days that the phone was defective (overheating, not charging). I am not blaming the fact that the phone was defective on Radio Shack, but I assumed they would fix or replace it. That is what Verizon would have done. All this Radio Shack would do is send it back to the manufacturer, leaving me without any phone for 6 — 10 weeks. Eventually ended up upgrading again through Verizon directly and wrote this off as a very expensive lesson to never again deal with Radio Shack.

Slow. Very, very slow service.
There’s not much else to say. 2 hours, 15 minutes (approximately) to complete a transaction to purchase and set up 2 cell phones.
I’ll just state the facts of the situation. While my husband stayed in the store on our behalf, I was able to buy something at Michael’s, pick up some coffee and a sandwich and eat said sandwich all while waiting.
Note: This does not include the time prior to selecting said phones and initiating «transaction.» And there was nothing wrong with our credit or payment method.
