We booked tickets for the Tour of the Stars at the Hyatt. And as it happens time totally slipped away and missed it. One easy phone call and they rescheduled us for another day with fuss, no attitude nothing. Super appreciate that. A lot of places would tell you that you’re out of luck, but it made my guilt of being late slightly better.
Would definitely use them for other services as well.

Bravo Expedia, you did us well. This rating is for the employees at the Hyatt Maui location. My husband and I spent 6 nights at this location for our honeymoon. We had already booked our Haleakala bike ride through another service but wanted to add more events. We booked the Drums of the Pacific luau, Sunset cruise, Twin Falls Hike, Turtle Town snorkel, and start gazing on the roof. Star gazing got cancelled due to weather, they refunded us right away. Unfortunately, I cant remember the name of the gal that helped us, but she rocked. Extremely friendly, perfect concierge attitude.

Johanna was amazing! She arranged the perfect snorkeling excursion for our party of five that ranged in age from 8 to 75 years old. Each of us enjoyed the trip tremendously. I highly recommend you contact her to set up any special trips on Maui.
