Supercolor Imaging

I had been looking around for someone reliable to scan and print my original watercolors and finally found Supercolor imaging. I have been to several other printers in the past, but had a hard time sticking with someone because the quality of the prints were unreliable or un-​true to the originals from the start. I was so happy to find Supercolor when I did. The quality of the watercolor giclees are amazing! They have printed at least 30+ art quality prints that I have since sold to very happy homes, and I have been thrilled with all of them. Henrik has always been extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. He works closely with me to make sure every scan and print are of the highest quality. As a bonus, the printing services are fast! I have never been late or delayed on an order. I highly recommend them and will be using them for years to come.

My family and I have been using the Supercolor team services for over 20 years and have never been disappointed! Henrik and his team always respond quickly when we email to order prints, so kind and caring. The photos are always superb; we have used all kinds of services and the end product is always spot on. They are also very timely and have great communication.

Unprofessional and rude!!!
They told me I’m not a professional photographer because «professional photographers shoot JPG» (yes, they really said that!).
They refused to delete my photo of my child from their computer even though I had not signed any papers allowing them to use my photo and they were really rude about it too. Do NOT go here!

The photo quality was decent. Not great. I would’ve gotten the same photo quality with a regular photo printer.

I can’t say enough good things about Supercolor. Henrik went above and beyond to ensure that my results were exactly what I wanted. He worked closely with me to make sure I was happy. I honestly can’t say that about other printers I have worked with. Very professional and helpful. If you have ordinary printing needs, this is the place for you. If you have specialized, gallery quality artwork, THIS IS REALLY THE PLACE FOR YOU. The results were fantastic and he has earned a customer for life. When you spend a tremendous amount of time creating art, it is nice to have someone in the final stage treat it with the respect and the care necessary to complete your vision. Henrik is that person. A wonderful experience, I only wish I had found him years earlier. Thanks for a job well done !

Needed some of my original artwork printed on watercolor paper for Christmas gifts. Henrik was very helpful and explained how it would work and which system would give the best results. He scanned my art on to a disc and did the prints on watercolor paper. The results were so good that they looked identical to my original work. I saw some of the Christmas cards that people were picking up while I was there. After seeing the beautiful work, I’m doing my Christmas cards here from now on. It’s a bit pricey but the quality is high as well. So you get what you’ve paid for.

I got some prints done in this place and I loved their job quality. Their customer service was so supportive and the price was reasonable too. I will definitely go back for their other services.

I heart photo labs and camera stores. We really do need more independently owned places like this.
Every now and again we shoot film and there’s always something going on when it comes to processing whether it’s price or incompetence. Neither is good, and the latter is just unacceptable.
That’s where Super Color comes in handy. When I’m done dealing with the bigger stores (like the ones that rhyme with Roscoe and TBS) I come here and always get service with a smile.
The owner and his assistant are very helpful and knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answers they’re more than happy to refer you elsewhere.
