Excellent experience! Sean was so helpful in helping us pick our hardwood. His price was very fair when we compared it with two others. Very importantly, he accommodated our glitches in getting the house ready to put in the hardwood, and scheduled around our needs. The floor looks beautiful. The installers were a pleasure to deal with. I have nothing but praise for Laguna Flooring. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wish there was a zero star rating. Shaun, s contractors were unskilled at best. One damaged my bathroom counter and did nothing to make it right. Be sure to check his return policy. We ordered flooring and were not happy, he refused to give us a refund even though we offered to pay restocking.

Called and requested to have our facility measured for new flooring and was told they do not do «house shopping.» The gentleman was very rude and hung up the phone on me as I was inquiring. I do not recommend. Very rude.

Service is fantastic and professional .
The estimate was within the budget and a local company provides superior customer service compared to some discount ad paper company.

Best experience ever!
Shaun, the owner is professional, honest and very reliable. He started the job and completed it in a timely manner, the workers were clean, respectful & honest. Shaun personally assisted us throughout the entire job and went through our home at the conclusion of the job personally making sure that every detail was addressed. I would highly recommend Laguna Flooring and will use them on any future jobs

They re-​carpeted all my bedrooms and my walk-​in closet. They have great selection of carpet, and reasonable prices. Sean was great, and they did a fantastic job with the installation. Sean even suggested to recycle good part of the carpet from master bed, and use that in my walk-​in closet. That saved me same money, and I felt good about not wasting practically brand new carpet from under my bed. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
