Unilocal should have a zero star option David deserves it. David showed up 5 minutes late. Then tells me that instead of being done by 11:30 AM as planned. That he was going to need to be there all day long. Then tells his helper to meet him at another job site that apparently is more lucrative and important to him. His word means nothing, he shows up late and changes plans and doesn’t care if he ruins yours. He is very unprofessional, informal, casual, inconsiderate, rude and thoughtless! I’m glad that he left. I’m sure that was just the tip of the iceberg that I saw. The whole job would have probably turned into a nightmare he him!!!

We had three large decks that were leaking and david and his team did a great job! DLM made a budget and rebuilt our entire deck. Their crews were on time, professional and every sub contractor that came through the job was an expert in their field. David was very sensitive to our time table and he competed the job on time. Our budget wasn’t blown!!! Which I cannot believe. If you looking for a contractor in Laguna beach call david at dlm property services you won’t regret it.
