Relocate 2 OC

I stayed at the 31 716 S Coast Highway Cottage in the back for three months from February to end of May 2016 while I was transitioning out of state to California. The cottage is really nice and it felt very warm and cozy. The décor is very shabby chic and it made it feel just like a cozy beach cottage. You can see the ocean sitting in the living room looking out the large front window. On chilly nights, the gas fireplace was wonderful. It was very quiet in the evenings and I always had peaceful night’s sleep even though you are right off the coast highway. I loved that I had my own personal parking spot, so you didn’t have to worry about finding street parking. You are within steps of the beach and can walk down in less than 5 minutes. There are several local restaurants within also 5 min walks which are really good. Walk to Coyote Grill for taco tuesday or over across the street to Nea politan for Friday night pizza. Salt Creek Grill and Starfish have an amazing happy hour! I can’t say enough about the property manager Kim for which is a realtor. I found her via the website
. She ensured I had everything I needed so that I felt right at home. She assisted me in every way possible and always checked in to see if I needed anything from time to time. Kim Montgomery saved us! My husband, our 1 year old son and I relocated to Orange County from Chicago in July for my husband’s work. Kim is the real deal. After having other realtors ditch me or refuse to help because I wasn’t going to be renting on my first visit, Kim took an hour on the phone to walk me through a general plan, then picked me up from my hotel while I was down in the OC job interviewing. She educated me on neighborhoods and nailed down my taste. Professional, smart and dedicated, she’s everything a realtor should be – even if you’re just starting to explore and even if she’s only going to get a tiny rental commission.

I am relocating to Laguna Beach from Boston and spoke to several real estate agents before selecting Kim Montgomery of Relocate 2 OC.
Because of the high property values in Laguna Beach, many agents are not interested in working with rentals. Another agent at the largest rental/​sales firm in LB failed to return my call which I found incredibly unprofessional.
It was fortuitous that Kim and I connected. I happened upon one of her listings on the internet and called her. When we spoke, I realized that her listing wasn’t the right one for me. However, I found Kim to be bright, informed, personable, genuine, and intuitive. She read me well and understood my real estate needs.
Kim was genuinely interested in finding me the right place. I could have been shopping for a $ 10 million home. I never felt unimportant or pressured and always received extremely personalized attention.
Although I did not use Kim’s design services, I really liked the fact that she had a design background. I ended up finding a beautiful, albeit tiny place. Kim was incredibly helpful at determining what furniture would fit in the unit and where.
I highly recommend Kim Montgomery to prospective renters or buyers. She is a consummate professional with an intimate knowledge of the Laguna Beach property market and a good business acumen.
