I was pretty unimpressed with the food here. Everything was extremely greasy. They kept delivering breadsticks, and I put one on my napkin and it left a grease stain. The breadsticks were still pretty delicious, but the grease was a turn off. Also, the bathroom is small and not super clean.

Very good food. This restaurant seems to be classified as fast food, but it is more like good food fast at a fair price. Delicious lasagna, phenomenal bread sticks, very presentable facility. My son loves their pizza and alfredo.

Very dirty understaffed. We had to clean our own table to sit down. Trash and plate tubs were completely full. The staff wore disgusting stained clothes

We have eaten at Fazolis in several different areas. This one did not meet our expectations. The trash cans were filled as were their dish tubs. The manager on duty was definitely in a panic because she was understaffed for today. The food was what we expected except as they were bagging it they dropped one of the containers on the floor and had to start over. If there is another Fazolis in the area I would suggest going there.

New melt sandwiches are tasty! This Fazoli’s has consistently been good. It’s in a good location and easy to get in and out. The staff are friendly and service is reasonably fast considering that Fazoli’s brings the food to your table. The dining area is kept clean but they do need to figure something out for the return of the real plates and silverware. There has to be a better way besides a tub next to the trash. They fill up pretty fast during peak times. But I like Fazoli’s for what it is even tho it’s expensive for fast food.

Tonight was my second time trying Fazoli’s since moving to Lafayette four years ago, and I only went because I had a coupon ($ 3 off a bowl of spaghetti). The food was mediocre (except for the breadsticks – those were AMAZING). The people working there were quite nice, although the cashier seemed pretty lost as to what was going on. She did her best to help us and asked for help when she needed it, though.
I doubt I’ll be back to Fazoli’s anytime soon; even with the coupon, our meals totaled $ 14 for two people. I guess I expected a little cheaper for «fast food.» (Or maybe I’m just broke right now.) They have a drive-​through, if you just have a few minutes to swing by.

Hubby LOVES the bottomless bowl of spaghetti! Not every location still does it, but the one on 26 DOES! Just ask… it’s NOT on the menu! I like the pasta bakes, especially the chicken parmagiana/​spaghetti! The sweet spot here is the STAFF… the employees are so friendly and they actually KNOW what they have, what they serve, and how it is supposed to look/​taste/​etc. As fast food, they just stand out!
