Just sat in the drive through for 45 MINUTES on a Saturday night at 10:30 PM. I come to this Taco Bell because it’s the closest to my house and they mess up our order every other time I come through.

Order was entirely messed up the first time
We walked back in and rhe lady at the counter said «what’d they mess up now» while the other lady points and says «I know exactly what they messed up» took them 10 minutes to fix it and the food was cold right when we got it. I know it’s cheap enough but so not worth the money

The last few visits have been ridiculously slow. The polite and efficient staff is gone. Items are constantly missing. Like rice and certain sodas. Of course you can’t just leave either if you’re in the drive through because there’s always a huge line.

We have been so dissatisfied with this location. We don’t get fast food ofter, buy when we do, it’s taco bell or Wendy’s.
Today was my final visit there. We sat in line for a good 20 min, only to get up to the pickup window and have the lady at the window try to hand us a pespi… we don’t drink soda often… I stated that we had ordered the starburst drink. One of the ladies taking orders got irritated and called the manager over. So I asked her if this order also had 5 bean burritos in it to find that they had given the car ahead of us our order AND that they charged me for her order… so the manager comes over and refunds the first order and then charges me for our correct order.
After that 20 min wait, the attitude from the obviously stressed out cashiers, the wrong food and a misdcharge, all they say is sorry. No discount for the inconvenience nothing.
We will not be coming back. This place is terribly slow and needs more training!

My favorite taco bell location. Great access to the parking lot, drive thru, and the main street. Food is always hot and usually always made as ordered.

Wow! The staff here is the best! Super friendly and that alone is worth the trip here! Every person who works the drive thru is always on point, fast, super kind, friendly and patient. They are an awesome reflection of their management and I surely hope they are proud and rewarding of good employees. I didn’t catch the name of the young man on shift today (19-​Jan-​2015, 2:30 p.m.) at the drive thru, but he was beyond exceptional! Made our day to see someone work with such enthusiasm! Keep up the good work!

I love this location every time I come in the staff are so pleasant and friendly. I havent had any orders messed up and the restaurant is usually very clean. I just wished I lived closer!

i ordered way too much food. i ordered 4 items total:
beef meximelt
beefy nacho grilled thing — the new item
fiery dorito taco
nacho cheese dorito taco
i could have easily done with two items.
while i was eating them, they were good enough. pretty much exactly what you would expect. but then after the meal, a few miles down the road, i just felt dissatisfied with the entire meal.
plus they serve pepsi. which just completely sucks.
next time, if i ever stop here again, then i will order two items, take them to go, and drink my own coke.

Why are the prices higher here than the rest? I don’t care for this location at all… They also need to teach their high school aged employees some manners.

Yes, the prices are high, but the customer service was amazing. I was treated very well and so was my hubby. He almost wanted to tip the gal who took our order as she even checked to see if we were enjoying our meal, how often do you get that at a fast food place?

This location is not a corporate-​owned Taco Bell, so their prices are higher than they are at other stores. Plus, they always charge more than what is advertised in commercials.
They also always leave off some ingredient (sour cream, tomatoes, etc.) to further increase their profits.
Go to the Taco Bell location that’s across from Skippers.
