Enclave At Lake Murray

I have lived here for two years and was considering moving, but decided to stay because of how much I love the location and the actual property. Lisa and robin are awesome and so good about getting things done in a timely manner that needs to get done. Yeah it might be pricy but it is well worth it (and really compared to some of the other apartments around here is not that bad). The back yards are amazing, it does not have too many tenants so the pool, spa and bbq are never too crowded and the interior is so beautiful.

I lived at Enclave for a year with my precious pup Ottis! I absolutely loved it there! Decent sized back yard, which in san diego for a rental is pretty amazing! One of the main reasons why I lived here is bc I could have my pup, which he is not on the small side if u know what I mean! Not only were my neighbor’s amazing but the property is well kept and quiet! The property girls (Robin and Lisa) are the best! Lisa is such a doll and a huge asset to the company! Whenever you see her she always has a smile on her face and saying good morning to all the residents! I’m really going to miss her. Arturo the maintanance man is wonderful and will fix anything u ask him to very quickly! He is such a sweetheart and hope they never get rid of him! I had to move for relocation of a new job or I would have stayed much much longer! If you are a single person with a dog and having trouble finding a place, look NO further! Enclave and or Stoneridge by the lake are two great places to live! Happy searching…

PROS–

Interior– They really did a good job with the inside of the apartments. It’s not cheap feeling inside
Patios– The first floor apartments have huge patios for apartments
CONS–
Price– I was shocked when I heard the prices for 1 bedrooms and the townhouse style units. Very overpriced IMO and your amenities aren’t anything to get that excited about. I think at the time a townhouse style was going for over $ 1800 and a 1 bedroom was $ 1500. Honestly, you are cheaper off getting a nice condo even with the HOA, and can come out ahead most likely.
Parking– Didn’t seem great to me especially if you have people over
Priacy– Didn’t appeal very private
