I visited this store while on vacation and bought reader glasses on a magnetic string as a necklace. When I unpackaged the glasses the magnetic string did not stay together (poor magnetic field) and as a result the glasses wouldn’t stay around my neck.
The very next day I took them back and showed the assistant manager, Stephanie, the problem. «Too bad, once you leave the store, even if they are defective, we can’t accept them for return» was her reply. I would have had to check them (unpackaged) before leaving store.
Seriously! What is happening to our service standards today?
BEWARE! Check everything you buy here before you walk out of the store! If not, you are screwed! I was really disappointed that for an item that only cost $ 8.85, they wouldn’t stand behind their merchandise!

This store is terrific! Such a fun place to browse with an excellent selection of soaps and fragrances, plus many unique items. Such as Soap in Sheep’s Clothing — handmade soap wrapped soft merino wool with silk and bamboo accents to gently exfoliate. How cool is that for an unusual hostess gift?! The young lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful as she attractively packaged the items in the little sheer bags that I purchased. She made the experience even more enjoyable and I plan to write to the owner to compliment her service. There’s also a shop in Seaport Village so be sure to check it out! You’ll be impressed!

Greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Teresa. She was accommodating and very knowledgable of The products. Went in the cute soap boutique planning to just take a look around, walked out spending over 100!

greeted with bubbles at the door which piqued our interest walking by on prospect.
lots of fun cupcake shaped soaps and sea shell candles. loved the baby items such as animal shaped wash mitts or organic baby soap and shampoos. they also have another location at the seaport village.
the girls working here were really nice and helpful.
come in for your cute overload!
