Have never been so satisfied with customer service:
My husband and I just refinanced our home with Mark, who is an absolute pleasure to work with! Thanks to our good friend who recommended him we have never been happier with a decision. If you are pretty good with keep your important files accessible (duh!) refinancing with Mark will be a breeze. The entire process (thanks to things like Mark dropping by my work just to drop off/​pick-​up documents, or sending a mobile notary to our home) took no more than 1hr of our time combined. And not only was the loan truly at no cost to us we are getting a good chunk of money back and who doesn’t like skipping a monthly payment? I’ve never earned that much money in an hr. Sound advice, detailed explanation and exceptional customer service– Thanks Mark!

Rare to find such a huge knowledge base on Mortgages, professionalism and a caring, calm personality all in one person. Having worked with Mark for over 8 years with many different types of loans (and Clients) we always know, he will go the extra mile and get the job done with the least amount of stress. In this market where there are no easy loans, having a guy like Mark working for (and with) you is paramount!
